The lady on the desk and the eye doctor are very nice and get you done no hassle

Had an eye test done. Didn't get a pd number. My mistake didn't ask for it. Called back and asked about it. Was told they don't normally do it. And it would have to be requested when getting exams. It would print off then. Asked what us the process to get it now. Was told 'not from here'. So essentially they got my money already and refuse to help me further. Very bad customer service . My family will not be back. At least 6 people I know will look elsewhere.

Found this to be a very good clinic. They got me in quick right on my appointment time, scanned my glasses to figure out my previous prescription and were friendly and efficient in completing the exam. Will definitely go back.
