I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Shaun Rideout’s office today. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He was more than happy to take the time to answer all of my questions AND he even explained different styles of lenses to determine which ones would best suit my individual needs. The office has a great atmosphere as well. It is a very welcoming and non-judgemental space. I would recommend Dr. Rideout to anyone and everyone!

Worst experience with the lady at the front desk about direct billing insurance. I made sure they direct bill when I called for the appointment, but when I got there she just refused to work with me to get it to work. I told her I had 2 policy number and didn't know which one it was and she enter one and then wouldn't work with me to try to make it work she just refused to try it again and just told me to hurry up and pay out of pocket and 'deal with it later'. I know for a fact that my insurance works because I used it earlier that day and the whole attitude was absolute garbage. The she told me to either pay or leave.
