Let me preface this by saying I am an incredibly picky person with the misfortune of having a high prescription. Every other store I went to told me that I wouldn't have many style options with thick lenses. EyeSite was the only place that took time to really help me find something that was flattering on my face. They also explained which lenses would be best for my prescription and why certain lenses were better. Honestly, I never leave reviews, but I'm so relieved with finding glasses after 3 months. Thank you, Jon (or John) for helping! My whole family will be coming here from now on. :)

Dr Jhamb was so kind and professional, and explained things about my eyes that I never knew with my past optometrists! It was nice to have a doctor that took their time and truly cared. I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me find my frames, but she was so kind and courteous. She helped me pick out some amazing frames and choose the best look for me in less than 30 minutes! I'm usually soooo picky with frames but she did an awesome job at finding the shape that suited me best. I would recommend the eye site to anyone!

I don't usually write reviews, but I was extremely happy with their service. The doctor and staff were very friendly, very polite took their time and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The doctor was awesome. He tested my vision and did a great job explaining my results in context with a condition i've had since birth. Gave me his opinions on what i should and should not do and was in general very knowledgeable and helpful. Best explanation i got to date on everything. I'm an SFU student and they knew exactly what i need to do to file my claim though the sfu insurance, gave me all the forms and explained how to fill them. They honestly exceeded my expectations.

It was a very pleasant experience. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were even able to check both although I had an appointment for one child only. The place is clean and has all you need. Dr. Chan is great with kids whilst ensuring a very thorough exam. I only wish they had something like stickers/candies cause otherwise kids want glasses as a reward)) I definitely recommend the place and Dr. Chan.

When to EyeSite because they offered a great deal for glasses and lenses for post-secondary students. Got my appointment right away, went in and did the exam. The staff and doctor were informative and easy to talk too. Picked out a new pair of glasses and they were ready in two days. Will be going here again.

Great service, easy to book in, reminder phone call before my appointment. Friendly and informative staff explaining each step of the exam. My partner and I were taken for the exam at the same time, which for me meant I could see what is coming next. Absolutely love the service I get here, been by for my last two regularly scheduled check ups and one medical check up. Every time Sameera has been great, she SLOWLY goes through all the tests and procedures and thoroughly explains everything. Unlike most optometrists who flip the phoropter back and forth between lenses so fast you can barely tell which choice works best for you, she will actually take the time for you to register which works for you. In over 35 years of getting eye exams I feel like I actually get the best prescription for me I cannot recommend her business enough.

-Great clinic to do eye test and get prescription. -Staff was super friendly, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. -Doctor is super sweet very knowledgable and friendly. Walked me through the whole process and discovered something in my eye that no one had pointed out to me previously. She rebooked me for another session to confirm all is normal. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jhamb was incredibly professional, efficient and personable and took the time to understand my needs and properly guide me for the best products given my requisites. I would highly recommend this practice as it was truly a great experience! *** Update *** Just went back for my 2 year check up (that’s what my benefits allow) and the service was again stellar! Reception was great, testing was a smooth and easy process and the doctor was amazing (as per usual) as well! They were kind enough to accept me though I was late this time as unfortunately I got off work a little later than anticipated. Definitely recommending this practice!

My PD was not written on my prescription and when I called to inquire after noticing there was no answer and my call wasn't returned. I only go for an eye exams every two years or so but every time I’ve gone in the staff have been really great to me. I had to pick out my first set of prescription glasses this time and they were great about it. Giving me all the help and advice I could need and a lot of patience with someone totally new to the process. The doctor was fantastic and took me step by step through all the tests they did and the health of my eyes.

I went for an eye exam with vision source this past week and had a really great experience. The Dr Ivan was very knowledgable and took him time explaining many things to me about my eyes, giving lots of relevant psychoeducation. I felt he went above and beyond what I have experienced with other clinics, where they don't really inform you of what they are doing or how to take preventative measures to keep your eyes healthy!

I initially chose The EyeSite because they were in the network of StudentCare and covered what StudentCare didn't for eye appointments. I was blown away with how helpful Dr. Prpic was! He spent some time getting to know my family's eye health background. After that he explained various medical things about my eyes. We also discussed the science and academic research around things like blue light glasses and diets that affect your eye sight. Finally Cathy was kind enough to submit my insurance claim for me. I still had to pay, but I didn't have to be concerned with filing the paperwork myself. I then received a check in the mail the following week. Also Vino is very friendly right when you walk in. I highly recommend!

Dr. Krajnak was attentive and took extra time to do additional testing and as a result was able to address a problem every other optometrist and specialist had previously missed. My vision has significantly improved as a result. Everyone at this clinic has been professional and friendly, the front desk staff have been consistently helpful and accommodating, and I also purchased lovely frames here.

In the beginning when I walked in, i was a bit late and I think they were a bit confused. so the greeting part wasn't the best part, However after doing all the necessary tests, They were extremely helpful, They walked me through choosing a really good frame. Since am a student budget is a big requirement and they were really helpful , They offered really good discounts on the frame and the glasses. If you live in the New-West area this is the place to go for your eye care.

Very warm staff and extremely knowledgeable. I got my new glasses and contacts with no hassle. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to check it out. I initially didn’t give 5 stars only because I felt they were a bit too salesy in my last visit when I needed to buy my contacts. I had never gotten my own pairs of glasses or contacts before so when they started talking numbers it felt like a random commitment out of nowhere when our meetings were going so great. I feel like they should improve on how they approach customers spending large sums of money by showing these numbers earlier on (this is what I would personally prefer so I can actually shop and compare). I do have coverage at my work but it still left a sour taste in my month. Otherwise I felt confident in what they were doing were correct for my eyes. Thinking it over and comparing to the terrible experiences I've had with health services before I've decided to score a full 5 stars. Can't wait for my next visit!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jhamb and the rest of the team at Vision Source. I scheduled an appointment for my husband and I for a routine eye exam and to have my eyeglasses and contact lens prescription updated. We came in and were greeted by everyone at the office. While my husband took his pre-exam, I was scoping out their eyeglasses selection. One of the staff quickly came over to unlock all the eyeglasses so I could freely try on and test them out. It was pretty incredible that they picked out the one I would end up with on their first try. She took one look at my face and the glasses I was currently wearing, and suggested the style. At most places it takes a few tries to get the "one" right, but this was the first time that an eye office has gotten it spot on from the beginning. Dr. Jhamb is amazing. She was so, SO thorough, and even tested things I had never done before. She's extremely knowledgable, thoughtful, caring, and kind. I've never been to an eye doctor for the first time but felt so comfortable with everyone as if I've been going there for years. Long story short, I am super happy with the service and products I ended up with, and am SO thankful to have found an eye doctor/office close to my house that I can rely on.

Had my first ever eye exam at The EyeSite and had a great experience. I was attended to as soon as I arrived for my appointment and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I saw Dr. Jhamb and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. She and the other staff also helped me a lot in picking out which frames would best suit me and I appreciated that so much considering it was my first pair of glasses and I didn't know what looked good on me. I left my appointment excited and satisfied with the service I received, and I thought I wouldn't be able to rock my new glasses till next week, but they were ready the next day! I 100% recommend The EyeSite. If you are thinking about making an appointment, do it!

Very aggressive staff ,if you just going for an eye exam they will try to sell you glasses make you feel bad to walk away with prescription without buying their expensive glasses..!!

Great service all round. They three staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The eye exam was very thorough and the clear explanation given for every part of the exam was highly welcome. when it came time to select prescription glasses, they were also quick and seemed to know exactly what to suggest. I had selected my glasses in a couple of minutes, which is not usually the case. Great experience and I would definitely recommend them for an eye exam as well as purchase of glasses.
