Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick a pair of glasses suitable for my face shape and prescription. Dr. Jeff Hsiao helped out a lot with my contact lens prescription. 10/10 would recommend and shop here again.

My wife had a really good experience at the Main St store so I thought I’d check out Metrotown. From the Manager to the staff that helped me - it was such an amazing experience. Such polite and prompt service! Oh and the glasses that the manager helped me pick out are awesome!

I met with christie. She is one of the associate and professional with her dealings. I went first time with Canada Life insurance I knew nothing but she helped me a lot and after when I had an exam she suggested me which one sun glasses should I select that’s suitable for my eyes. I really appreciate that. My order was ready on-time and overall experience I’d say wonderful. Thanks team!!! Forget to say that Optometrist Doctor is a genius man. Ok experience. Main St location has much friendlier customer service. First visit: one associate was very friendly and helpful while she did my eye exam pre-test. The second associate was very curt, demanded that I remove my mask twice to show her my face with glasses, and didn't seem to know their products very well. Second visit: another associate was nice eventually, but ignored us for at least 10 mins even though we were the only people in the store (she was showing the 2nd associate from first visit something on the computer). Still bought glasses because of the new store sale but wasn't the same Bailey Nelson experience. They told me they'd email me in 2 weeks. Called them exactly 2 weeks later after getting nothing and they claimed they'd emailed me a week prior.

Had an eye exam and purchased a pair of blue light glasses. The staff was very friendly, the optometrist was professional and thorough, and I loved the variety of styles they had on display. They do not do direct billing yet but are working on it, and I had no problem submitting my claim. Would highly recommend!
