Beloved Miniature Horses

Very rude reception, starred me toward ER with my daughter right away for a fever, because we would be taking the last appointment and the doctor was finishing up. Would not allow us to come in if we were two minutes past our appointment time. Sounded like she wanted nothing to do with helping my daughter, and that a fever was something they couldn't help us with.

On my first visit the receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by offering exceptional service to my partner and I. The male doctor was also friendly. Quick and easy visit. Then came back for a second visit and again the receptionist was amazing. Does way more than is required. The female doctor was very nice and helpful. 100% coming back, great clinic!

The doctor could not help me or even suggest what could be going on. She assumed I wanted medication (I am a breastfeeding mom- Hello, No), felt very discriminated and she would not write my husband a note for One sick day from work (as I was sick and needed help with my infant). A useless visit all around

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I actually left in tears before even getting in the door and cried in my car for 10 minutes. I was DENIED MEDICAL CARE by the receptionist. Receptionist demanded (loudly) to know what I wanted before letting me in the clinic, despite standing in the grocery store and surrounded by strangers. I told her what I needed, she said "We won't even prescribe that here!". It's medication for severe restless leg syndrome. It's not a narcotic and it doesn't have any street value so I cannot understand why they wouldn't. I told her it's torture without it and that I needed a medication renewal because my refills from Ontario were invalid because the laws are different in NB. She said "I'm not going to even let you in if you talk like that!". I was taken aback. I didn't think I was being rude at all, didn't swear, and didn't understand. I apologized to her and burst into tears before leaving. I think she believed I was bad-mouthing the health care system here but I was bemoaning my ignorance of letting my necessary meds run out. This woman has NO BUSINESS having a job in public service. Even if I HAD bad mouthed the system, why would she deny someone medical care?

The doctor spent less then two minutes in the room with me. I was trying to ask for help/advice and she couldn't reach for the door handle fast enough, while telling me to "google" where she referred me (instead of just telling me the name or number of a place). Worst experience ever with a doctor.

Just called to get an appoint and when I mentionned my knee being swollen... The receptionist immidiatly shut me down and when i requested to simply let the doc decide himself if anti enflamatories would suffice ( i've been to the emergency twice since it happened last week and im sorry but "aleeve's" are pretty rough on a stomach) she simply hung up on me! Very professional !! Worst service ever!!!!!!!

Excellent service. Brought my daughter to this clinic on Sunday afternoon, they are open 1-4 pm, and she was in/out within 30 minutes. There were some adults and family with children ahead of us but things moved right along. My daughter reported great service from the female doctor. Total time including travel and picking up a couple of groceries items about 1 hour.

Normally get stellar service there. But last time we called, my boyfriend had to shout over the secretary just to even get a word in and describe the reason he wanted an appointment. She just outright refused for something we've been seen without a problem before and she yelled that we were wrong.
