I don’t even know where to begin to describe the incompetence of the optometry department. From the first appointment for a contact lens fitting it has been a nightmare. It appears that they are too busy to pay attention to patient’s needs. Will never go back here.

Don't go here! This is by far the worst experience I had at a doc office at Columbia in my life. It took 2.5 hours just to be seen. This is during covid. Finally, they saw me and my prescription is totally wrong. I got my glasses made and everything is off, I am dizzy, they changed it too much. I have a huge problem because I have to return my glasses and go back and they are charging me a refraction fee and I can't reach anyone to void that because I really don't want to go there again. They are incompetent. Find yourself another eye doctor. This is not worth it.
