The technology that they use here is terrific in ensuring that your prescription is positioned perfectly on your new frames. They even cross reference it with the old style "binoculars" system to ensure that they come perfectly. Service was excellent, the sales consultant remembered my name and kept all my information on file at the computer, and was very helpful in ensuring I made a good investment. Direct billing for insurance programs is super handy too. Lastly, the options as far as top-brand options go in frames is terrific, the only shop to offer Persol in Moncton, and more! The only thing I wish was offered was a purchasable warranty for lenses and frames.

They called me 8 months after I purchased 2 pair of glasses to advise me they forgot to charge a $89 on the $800 bill. She said they received the invoice after I received my glasses. I honestly don't remember if I paid or not. Don't want to short change a company so I paid the $89. Call me a few weeks after but not 8 months after on a clerical error.

This place I would never recommend,,I bought top of the line supposly,,and since May is when I paid for them and during that time I had my frames damaged,,and lens scratched in a month purchasing them ,,,they don’t call you ,,,they do what they can ,,,waiting today for new lenses,,and no one has called me ,,,I will never buy from this place again ,,,and if anyone ask me where I got my glasses and frames ,,,I will tell them not to buy here ,,,pay big bucks for top of the line ,,,and have to call and keep going back and forth for something else ,,,very disappointed.
