The only reason I had called Beyond 20/20 was because of the 5 star review with more than two reviewers lol. I was not disappointed! First off, they were able to squeeze me in the same day and all three staff members I came in contact with were all incredibly pleasant and kind. They had masks available for those who didn’t have one and were very sanitary, which I love to see. Dr. Megan Burns worked with me today and she was amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me a sample pair of contacts while I wait for mine to come in since the ones I had were in such bad shape. Another 5 star review for them, and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone as well :)

Beyond 20/20 Optometry lives up to its 5 star reputation! They were able to squeeze me in same day to fix the issues I have having with my eye after being turned down by many clinics. Dr. Ryan Kazakow was extremely friendly and very thorough. I am usually quite squeamish visiting the optometrist but Dr. Kazakow explained everything he was going to do before he did it and assured me it was not going to hurt.

Beyond 20/20, especially in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, are absolutely heroic with their customer service. I ordered my glasses before the troubles came, and I got frequent updates on the fact "yes, they are coming." And the specialized glasses, which Dr. Burns was the one who told me they even existed, are LIFE CHANGING. Cannot recommend them enough. Incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and an excellent clinic. I had a mild emergency. Melanie made me feel like I'd been a customer for years with the right dose of friendliness and professionalism. The business is well located with plenty of parking and is visible straight from the road - you can't miss it! - the office is clean, organized, and welcoming; the staff is friendly and warm; the optometrist who helped me was kind enough to accommodate me and did so without rush nor anxiety; he asked me the right questions, assuring me I went to the right place at a moment of need. Definitely going back.

Incredibly grateful for the courteous, professional, and helpful service Beyond 20/20 provides. Was able to book an urgent, same-day appointment for pain and throbbing in an eye that ultimately was corneal abrasions. I was turned away and told to see my family doctor for the exact same symptoms by a different, well-established Moncton optometrist. Beyond 20/20 has gained a patient for life.

Hands down the best eye appointment I’ve ever had! I saw Dr. Kazakow and lets just say it was an eye-opening experience! (Pun intended). But seriously any questions I had were answered so well and in a way that was easy to understand. Their glasses selection is awesome and staff is very polite and professional! I’m not one who really likes doctor appointments but this experience was very pleasant and i felt very comfortable at the clinic. My girlfriend saw Dr. Burns and she said it also was the best eye exam she ever had! Shes always had issues in the past with her contact lenses and Dr. Burns was able to get her in a lens she loves!! Needless to say we both wont be going anywhere else! Thank you Beyond 20/20!!

It's no wonder why this optometry has so many 5 star reviews. My husband developed some issues with his eye and he wanted to see a doctor right away. I called a few hours before closing and the receptionist was so kind and helpful that he was able to see a doctor that evening! My husband was seen by Dr. Ryan and he was so patient and thorough with us I could tell we were in good hands. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone is so welcoming and nice! We just picked up my husband's glasses today and I gotta say, I kind of love being there haha The optician we saw today even helped me with my own glasses with a broken nose pad and I was surprised that when I put my glasses back on, it literally felt like new again. My husband's eye is better and he looks great in his new glasses. Honestly, I can't wait to have a visit for my own check up and glasses in the future. Thanks everyone!

Took our 2 year old here for have her eyes examined as it was previously discovered she needed glasses. Such a wonderful outgoing staff took my shy nervous daughter right out of her shell and made her feel very comfortable ( they even played paw patrol in the wait room for her). It's going to be such a relief not having to worry about fighting with her to go to eye appointments. 100% recommend!

This place is just AMAZING! The staff is so lovely and caring that they make you feel like family from the beginning. After suffering 3 concussions and being treated by several physiotherapists and doctors who could not help me, getting treated by Dr. Ryan at Beyond 2020 changed my life. When I first arrived to his clinic I could barely walk and keep my balance straight, but after he ran some tests on me, changed my glasses and started vision therapy the tables were turned! I am extremely grateful with his team, specially with my vision therapist Kayla! You guys are AWESOME!!! <3

Wow! Beyond 20/20 went above and BEYOND! My husband and I felt like we were entering a warm family home instead of a cold medical business. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. My husband loved how everything was being explained to him by Ryan while getting his eyes tested so he wasn't in the dark. There was also a really great selection of glasses and Alyssa was so helpful with this process. 10 out of 10! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! I went to see Dr. Ryan about an issue regarding my eyes and my Grave's disease. He was able to provide me with answers I had been looking for for over 4 years. No other doctors I went to helped or gave me answers. One of the best experiences I have had with a doctor in a long time. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Ryan Kazakow and Dr. Megan Burns they are very knowledgable and passionate people. Definitely the place to go regarding concerns with your eyes!

I am so fortunate that my physiotherapist knew about Beyond 20/20. After working with my physiotherapist for a concussion he referred me to this amazing clinic for my eyes. I had my first appointment just prior to Covid-19. Dr. Ryan Karakow and his team worked with me for almost a whole year. Kayla is a great Vision Therapist who worked with me every week. The whole team have been and continue to be very supportive. Dr. Ryan (as I call him), Dr. Burns, Kayla, Melanie, Michelle, Alyssa and Miranda I want to thank you for all that you have done to correct my vision. They were all very patient. They took the time to explain things to me and answered all of my questions. I “graduated” on February 4, 2021 and am still having my follow-up appointments. Best service EVER!!! Had so many problem during my life with my eyes never the right prescription...
