Great service and reception. Doctor was friendly and nice to talk to during exam. Everything was covered due to my disability coverage and close to home so im glad to have gone. Glasses were ready in about 2-3 days. Case included a huge microfiber cloth to take care of them and im thankful i didnt have to go pick one up! Definitely happy with service.

Wow! This is totally unlike any experience I've had at this store. The lady running the shop is knowledgeable and friendly, always. Has gone out of her way to make sure my glasses are to my liking and fit properly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I don’t usually post reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my amazing experience at Diamond Eyes. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Lindsay’s superb knowledge of all product lines resulted in me not only purchasing new frames but a new pair of prescription sunglasses that I absolutely love. I was very impressed by Lindsay’s professionalism and friendliness and I will not go anywhere else for my new prescription lenses and frames. I highly recommend Diamond Eyes!!!!

The ladies in here were awesome! My son had an appointment first, the doctor was amazing with him, even though he was super nervous. She walked through every step with him. Then I went next, the doctor let him stay and watch mine and walked him through every step with me too. Then the ladies at the main area distracted him while the doctor continued her exam on my eyes. After the doctor was very informative. I learnt a few new facts I wasn't aware of for my eye health and my sons. She gave me options for prescriptions and glasses that would help but not necesisity. Following up in two weeks after prescription is done. Definitely highly recommend diamond optical. Made both of us feel comfortable, informed and price was great too.

What an amaxing experience all around! The Diamond Eyes Optical staff (Dr. Michelle Ambrose & Lindsey) are hands down the most friendly, genuine & welcoming I have encountered in years! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and, in my situation, they went above and beyond to ensure I left happy & fully informed. Prices, Quality & Service just can't be beat in my opinion! I will 110% be returning & booking an appoinment for my son! I highly recommend going in!

Very disappointed with the way my dad was treated at the Bowen location. My dad brought his glasses in with an issue that should have been covered under warrantee and the woman was really rude about not wanting to cover the warrantee claiming it was for one year and not the two he was sold. She finally agreed but then called my Dad at home to tell him he was rude and then hung up on him! When he went to pick them up she just put them on the counter and didn't even make sure they fit properly. My dad said thanks and left and then she followed him out of the store as he was getting into his vehicle she called out "that's the end of your warrantee".
