Dr. Salvadari is great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Most of his office staff is friendly. The woman who does his billing is terrible. She was extremely rude and condescending and has absolutely no people skills. I missed one copay out of many due to the offices mistake and she treated me like I was an awful person trying to skip out on a $45 copay. When I called the next day to pay the copay, instead of just taking it she spent 20 minutes telling me how the doctor told her if i could find another ophthalmologist . Whether he said this is debatable but if he did I definitely will find a new one. I did report this to the office manager. She was very nice and apologetic but the fact remains that this woman should not be speaking to patients this way. She should be fired. It’s a shame that she has ruined my opinion of this practice but one bad apple does spoil the bunch.

I was referred to Dr. Deepan Selvadurai by my regular Opthomologist due to elevated eye pressure and years of eye drops for it. After him showing me what the Field Vision tests showed, I was shocked that my previous doctor never told or showed me what the results were. After drops and treatment Dr. S did cataract and micro invasive glaucoma surgery. My pressure has come down. He personally calls you the evening of the surgery to see how you doing and if you have any questions or concerns. Him and his staff have been wonderful throughout the 8 months I have been a patient. I will not be going back to my previous Opthomologist. .

Wonderful experience. I am a caregiver for my 91-year-old mother. First off I must say that the staff at this office are some of the nicest people I’ve come to know in a doctors office setting. Friendly, Compassionate and knowledgeable eyecare professionals. How refreshing these stressful days . Clean and safe environment. And easy access for wheelchairs. Scheduling an appointment, I will also add there is little wait time. They see patients within minutes of their appointment. My mom doesn’t like to wait.???? There are more reasons but here are a few for giving them five stars. Rare for me to do.
