I don't understand the bad reviews as I have come here for the third time now and have not had any problems. I come back here to get my eye exam as they always find an appointment (even the day of) which is much earlier than many other optometrists I have been to. Although I cannot say that the doctor seen is extremely kind or special in some way, I have had no issues and they did the exams very well. The service at the front for me has been impeccable and I hope it continues to stay this way!

Alright let me grill the salesman there named Toufik. He was very aggressive and was pushing me into buying as fast as possible without letting me think too much. When i told him I'd think about it he immediately changed attitude. When i asked him to give me the model of the glasses he recommended me to buy he said no and that i should just trust him. (He did that so I can't lookup reviews or end up buying online) And on my way out he didn't even want to give me the prescription that the doctor gave me after my eye exam. I had to ask twice! He did that so I need to come back and buy from there. I will never go there again even if their glasses were free. Finally I want to note that the doctor that did my eye exam was very sweet and did a great job.
