My wife and I have been coming here for several years now. The location is perfect because it is just down the street from my house and there is Starbucks and a Watan Kebab Restaurant in this mall !!! Extra brownie points here :-) The two Optometrists are brothers. And they look like twins !!! Because I can never tell them apart. I am under the care of the younger brother and my wife is under the care of the older brother. I find the two be exceptional in every sense. They are able to talk to you in a very polite manner and they carefully explain every detail along with the options as well. When it comes to the absolute health of your eyes, having a reliable and competent clinician that you can trust is so vital. Therefore, you can be rest assured here. You will be in good hands. The staff is equally as courteous and professional. So it makes for an overall enjoyable visit each time. We have recommended them to 2 of our neighbours already. A+++ experience all the way here folks.

I found their prices to be much higher than other Optometry shops around Mississauga and Brampton both for merchandise as well as service. Same glasses and lense combo was higher and their eye test is 110$ which is 60$ to 100$ elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr Gill . In 50 years of wearing glasses I had the best experience I ever had in his examination (april 15, 2021). He is professional , well experienced and most of all a great communicator . He gave a great explanation of what was happening in my vision.. He staff are great, the store is clean and well merchandized . Go see him you wont regret it!!!

Dr Gill is the BEST eye Doctor I have ever been to. He is knowledgeable and answered every question I asked him without rushing me. They have a great selection of eye wear and the staff is more than helpful with guiding you through the selection process. If you are looking for a great eye doctor this is the place to go!!! Prices are great / they do " bundle deals" for glasses that include the lenses...great brands offered as well at reasonable prices.

It was my first visit to see Dr. Gill and what a wonderful experience it was. From the front staff to the the doctor they were professional friendly and knowledgeable. I am a senior and was a little worried about my eyesight Dr. Gill explained everything to me taking his time and not rushing at all. There was no pressure to purchase new frames and no extra charges except for retinal exam which is very important as you get older. The optometrist was very pushy on contact lens sale. I paid for contact lens fitting, at all other places I get to try on different brands to find the correct fit. However, at this location, the optometrist told me he is not interested in providing me with a different brand to test, if I don't intend to purchase it from them.

Both Doctors are thorough in doing the comprehensive exams and taking time to explain the results of every exam. Meadowvale Optometry has a large waiting area and also offers a large selection of quality frames from a number of manufacturers. To me, their service has been excellent over the years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch neighborhood optometrist.
