Dr.Marina Ceaus is amazing. Absolutely. I originally communicated with her via email. She was detailed, courteous and helpful in her email communications. I met with her in person and she was amazing with my daughter. She treated her with respect and kindness. After a lengthy discussion I decided I wanted to bring my oldest daughter to see her (had been complaining of headaches and other vision issues, but was cleared with 20/20 vision 2 months earlier) . Dr.Ceaus was upfront about cost and conscious that this was not covered by insurance. She tested my daughter and determined a few weak areas with her eye teaming. We agreed to try Vision Therapy weekly for 10 sessions with at home home work. Dr. Ceaus was on time, prepared and cheery for each session. My daughter loved them. She had her home work well organized and would put instructions online for us to review at home. She was available almost immediately when I had a question and was kind and courteous with her answers. My daughter's headaches have virtually disappeared (they were debilitating happened 3-4 times a week after school). She is amazing

I took my son to see Dr Ceaus when he was 6 months old as not many optometrists see children that young. We really lucked out as she was excellent with such a young kid - patient, very pleasant and very informative. I ended up booking my own eye test with her in the following weeks and Dr Ceaus noticed a condition with my vision that no one else had before. She even followed up via email after I visited a specialist to see if I had questions. She is attentive in the way you want someone to be with something as precious as your vision.

I recently had to go for my regular eye exam and I was looking for an Optometrist near my home. Based on excellent Google reviews I booked an appointment at Dr Marina Ceaus' Optometry, and I have to admit that I found the clinic and Dr Ceaus herself, exactly, if not better, than what the reviews say. The clinic is clean and neat and staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Ceaus herself is understanding, knowledgeable and very patient. After the appointment, I had a few questions and she responded to my email queries promptly and in detail, which is quite unusual for a busy professional, and I really appreciated her taking the time out to address my questions. This only goes to show that Dr Ceaus is a thorough professional and that she cares about her patients. I will definitely go back! And I highly recommend Dr Marina Ceaus for anyone's optometry needs.

My recent visit with Dr. Ceaus was probably one of the best optometrist experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Ceaus was very patient and extremely friendly throughout my entire eye examination. As someone who suffers allergies from pets, Dr. Ceaus made every effort to inform me in advance of a dog being onsite, and kindly kept the dog away from the examination office during my visit. I would strongly recommend my friends and family to visit Dr. Ceaus for any of their eye needs. Dr. Ceaus is very helpful, informative and trustworthy! She is very understanding and able to explain everything in a way patient's can understand. In my case Dr. Ceaus examined me, deemed I needed an enhancement on laser eye surgery I had done 2 years earlier and was able to get me in within the week due to it being time sensitive on my end. Definitely recommend and will be going back for all my eye care needs!

What a stroke of luck to find Dr. Ceaus! She's amazing with kids, incredibly patient and supportive, and balances an understanding of what a child can handle (based on age and ability) and what they are capable of doing. Dr. Ceaus introduced us to Vision Therapy after seeing that a 20/20 vision assessment wasn't cutting it with my daughter. She broke down the plan into palatable phases (10 sessions - assess - 4 sessions - assess - graduate - review in 6 months). In exactly 13 weeks my daughter went from being frustrated at school and reciting stories from memory because she couldn't read, to reading and correctly interpreting chapter books (at age 5). Thirteen weeks! What a transformation! Dr. Ceaus has opened up a whole new world for this kid - and has made learning a fun thing again. Thank you Dr. Ceaus - client for life. :)

My family recently visited Dr. Marina Ceaus for our routine eye examination. I can't believe our exam went so smoothly considering we have an extremely active 3 year old and fussy 3 month old. Dr. Maria was able to quickly connect with my 3 year old through his love of Paw patrol and super heros which put him at ease and allowed her to conduct her assessment. She was also very thorough and patient with my fussy 3 month old. Dr. Marina truly took the time with my family, explained all her findings and made sure to answer all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Marina to everyone!

We are very happy with the vision therapy provided by Dr. Ceaus and her staff. One of my children was booked for surgery for her strabismus but thanks to the vision therapy provide by Dr. Ceaus and staff she no longer required surgery. My son's convergence insufficiency was also corrected thanks to VT! Dr. Ceaus is a very caring doctor who is excellent with children. She never books you for more sessions than you need so is very honest and transparent that way. She also takes the time to explain each of my children's vision issues, as well as the VT process and we never feel rushed. We highly recommend her optometry clinic!

Dr. Ceaus is amazing! We were referred to her by our family optometrist for Vision Therapy for our daughter. We had never even heard of vision therapy or that it even existed until we met with Dr. Ceaus. Our daughter was having issues with reading that even with extra tutoring was not improving. After the initial consultation, we started with 10 sessions of vision therapy along with homework and then an assessment. We then had another 5 sessions and a final assessment. During this time, our daughters reading level improved significantly and so did her eye teaming. Dr. Ceaus thoroughly explained all the costs and that this therapy is not covered by insurance. Dr.Ceaus was always on time and prepared. She is amazing with children and our daughter truly enjoyed going to her weekly sessions.

Dr Ceaus was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision to do laser eye surgery. Once I had the surgery, I was able to do all my follow-up appointments at Dr Ceaus office. Given that the surgery was downtown, this saved me a lot of time, given that there were quite a few follow-up appointments. She was very approachable and answered my questions in a timely manner during my recovery time. She cares about her patients and I thoroughly felt extremely comfortable in her care.
