I did not have a eye check up in a long time so I was extremely surprised with how pleasant and easy it was to get one here. I was so lucky to get someone so kind and professional as Dr. Sana Owais. She answered all of my questions and made me feel well informed about my current vision status. I would extremely recommend to book an appointment with her. The actual exam was quick and easy and I can tell Dr. Sana Owais is a real pro because my previous experiences was long and gruelling. The prescription she gave me was literally crystal clear. If you are on the fence of getting an eye exam especially during covid times please be rest assured that they take safety protocols seriously here. No trace of covid fatigue as all the receptionist constantly clean everything you touch including the debit/credit machine and the Doctor cleans every tool before using them. I really appreciated that as well as limiting the number of people who come in. I really look forward to my next visit with Dr. Sana Owais as she got a lifelong patient with me.

Disappointed. Dr. Chiu conducted some tests without telling me that the cost was not covered by OHIP. I had no idea I would end up with $165 dollars bill at the end. In addition, she issued the wrong prescription with the glasses being too strong. When I went back to their Fong & Chiu office to lower the prescription, Dr. Fong insisted on charging me $65 dollars for not being the original doctor prescribing the wrong strength. No ownership for the mistake and very inconvenient having to go there several times to correct the mistake that was made. Went back today, as the appointment had to be booked to change the prescription and was expedited by Dr. Chiu. Her assistant was nice. The regular lenses at the lens crafters at that location were $450 — that’s with 30% off. I will look for a cheaper and better place next time.

My partner and I had our eye exam at the eye clinic and we were satisfied with the services. My doctor was Dr Sana Owais and she was exemplary in her services and thorough with her exams. The only downside would be the higher pricing for eye exams here. For what I view as yearly essential services, I wish eye exams would be more fairly priced.

Wow an incredible experience I had at this optometrist office! I had scheduled an eye exam same day and they were able to fit me in. The receptionist was so friendly and the wait wasn’t long at all. When I went in to see the doctor, she took her time and answered all of my questions. She even explained to me that I had an astigmatism that I never knew about. She took the time to show me different types of lenses with and without a toric. She was so sweet and patient and I’ve never had an eye doctor so caring :)

UNBELIEVABLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PLACE WHERE STAFF TREATS YOU WITH RESPECT AND AT LEAST A "HELLO, HOW ARE YOU" "HOW CAN I HELP YOU " .....Unlike when I went and had to interrupt there conversation to get help or attention a office with 3-4 secretaries and one customer ... Wish the company well but needs a revamp on the frontend because that's who (unfortunately) we have to see first.

Dr. Morgan was awesome and completely respected COVID protocols and made sure everything was sanitized prior to. He cleaned everything in front of me before I sat down and literally sanitized his tools multiple times. Knows his stuff and explained every single part of the test and the purpose. Dr. Khan agreed to see me again without hesitation and for free. She offered to make an appointment with my eye specialist. Office staff was very persistent in contacting my eye specialist that I haven’t seen for 8 years. When it became obvious that he was no longer active as a doctor surgeon they made an appointment with another eye specialist. Dr Mae Chui was very informative and helpful during my eye exam and retinal imaging. It is my first to do the retinal imaging and she explained that it is good to have a base line info on my retina, the imaging will look at the back of my eye and see if there might be some issues ( that could lead to cataract, macula degeneration, etc.). When I arrived 15 minutes before my appt, I waited at the spot to line up outside the office. 5 minutes later someone finally came to the window, speaking through a crack, to ask why I was waiting. Two employees were at the service desk and only assisting one patient. Someone should have come to the window faster. Then once they did come, they made me wait 10 minutes outside the office, so I am exposed to all the people in the mall walking by and where it is also hot as they do not air condition the hallway. Also, the waiting area was empty as the one person they were assisting left shortly after I arrived. Also, why have three seats in the waiting area if you are not going to allow anyone in. My appt was also near the end of day so it was unlikely many others would be coming in. Where reception was not quick to acknowledge my arrival, halfway through my appt as I was waiting for the eye drops to kick in the waiting area, they were quick to ask for my payment as soon as I returned to the waiting room. All in all, the wait in the hall was unnecessary and ridiculous. Especially with an empty wait room.

Being almost 30 and never worn glasses or got my eyes treated in any way, my first time experience at this Optometrist office was smooth sailing. Following covid guidelines, first thing i noticed is that the office is super duper clean (smells great too!) The staff is very approachable and from the time my appointment started to the time it ended, I can say the staff makes you feel comfortable and guides you through the process. Dr. Chiu is kind, she doesn't waste time and really gives you the best prescription your eyes need. I never seen text, objects so clear before. Thanks Dr. Chiu! Also, the optometrist office is right next to Lens crafters if you're looking to go somewhere close to purchase glasses. I would absolutely recommend this place. Easy process and an unforgettable experience!
