You know when you walk into a business and you can immediately tell the staff really enjoy working there? That's what it's like at Stewart Optical. My husband decided to try going here after our favourite optometrist retired. No regrets! Fabulous service, beautiful facility and outstanding staff. I too will be getting my next eye exam here!

Literally saved my son’s live! Not that he was dying, more that he was in such misery that he begged to be euthanized very persistently (ever met an 11-yo drama queen?) We were camping an hour away when my kid’s allergies flared up terribly on Canada Day. Long story short, the next day I called and begged, felt welcome over the phone, and we were seen by the doctor immediately, went through the visit quickly, got my son’s diagnosis confirmed and medication prescribed — all in less than an hour! So grateful for the welcoming service and the air conditioner on a +38°C day additionally heated by a suffering child’s whimper.

Wonderful and friendly staff right when you walk in! I was greeted in a friendly manner immediately and Celine was very professional and thorough with pre-exam. Dr. Glass was awesome and explained things to me during my exam. I am VERY pleased with this location and will see them for all of my eye care needs in the future. Highly recommend!

I was impressed from the moment I walked in... from front desk to eye exam to selecting and purchasing of my new sunglasses - a very smooth process. In just a few words... treated like royalty every step of the way in the care of Jim's happy, personable, and professional staff... in a modern, clean, and classy space with leading-edge equipment and to boot... hundreds of designer frames to choose from!! I purchased a new pair of glasses and sunglasses from Stewart Optical and the service was outstanding! I was greeted when I came in and Marcia was fantastic helping me find glasses and sunglasses. Jim made a point of coming over to thank me for coming it! It took less than a week for both glasses to come in and they were perfect!! I was so impressed I brought my husband back to get new glasses and safety glasses! Highly recommend Stewart Optical!! Go see Marcia, she will hook you up with coolest glasses!!

Walking into Stewart Optical, I immediately felt a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The showroom is very open and spacious, the front desk staff were quick to greet you and happy to help. Dr. Glass over exceeded my expectations. He was very caring, listened and explained everything in terminology that I could understand. I walked away having a a better knowledge of my vision that was not clear to me before. It was apparent the staff work as a team and enjoy their jobs. It's nice when people thank you for your business and not just expect it. I highly recommend Stewart Optical.
