I was told that I was not entitled to free touch-ups because I had not made a follow-up appointment! In my opinion, it's up to the clinic to call to make this kind of appointment. Us when things are going well, why would we think of making an appointment. I doubt I was even asked to call to make an appointment. So $ 3000 at the devil's house as they say! I have glasses again after only 5 years of freedom. For me it wasn't worth it, especially with the bad after sales service. (Original) 5 ans après mon opération, ma vue a baissé et j’ai téléphoné pour avoir des renseignements sur les retouches. J’avais déménagé 3 fois depuis ma chirurgie et je n’avais plus la documentation sur le sujet. On m’a dit que je n’avais pas droit aux retouches gratuites car je n’avais pas pris de rendez-vous de suivi! Selon moi, c’est à la clinique d’appeler pour donner ce genre de rendez-vous. Nous quand ça va bien, pourquoi on penserait à prendre rendez-vous. Je doute même qu’on m’ait demandé d’appeler pour prendre rendez-vous. Alors 3000$ chez le diable comme on dit! J’ai de nouveau des lunettes après seulement 5 ans de liberté. Pour moi ça n’a pas valu la peine, surtout avec le mauvais service après vente.

Good doctor but waiting time is ridiculous Had appointment for 8am by 9:30 got up told girl at desk I am fed up and left. Place is packed with people waiting. Poor scheduling on the part off staff. To many people not enough time. Too bad as good doctor but have to sit and wait for hours.
