I've been going to Highbury Huron Optometry for many years now. I usually see Dr. Delany when I go for an appointment. This office is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are personable, they make sure to take preventative measures for check-ups if there is a family history of eye problems (ie. Glaucoma), and they are willing to get you in as soon as they can book you if you're having problems. Dr. Delany is friendly and willing to explain things to you if you have questions. Also, the receptionists treat me well. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good Optometrist. They are worth your time. It's money well spent.

Optometrists are great - but don't buy your glasses here. The sales woman lied to me about the blue blocking lens colour. She was unapologetic and rude when I pointed it out that they were not the colour I was told they would be. I was told they would be purple - they were GREEN. Two very different colours. Especially if you don't like the way green looks on your face.

First time back in 5 years. They still don’t direct bill... and they’re charging $120+ tax for a exam. $50 more then some places, for an east London optimistrist that been there for 25 years. I remember this place being about the customer. It’s too bad.

I had my first appointment today with Dr Delaney. The equipment they use are sophisticated. No more stinging eye drops for diabetics. Dr Delaney is very personable. She gave me useful tips. I am so happy I changed doctors to Highbury Huron Optometry. I highly suggest this doctor and office.

Dr. Curik has been my optometrist for many years. I have always had thorough exams. On one occasion I had Dr. Delaney when I had discovered eye floaters which my brain seems to have forgotten about. I also had my eyes examined during chemotherapy. I am so pleased with these doctors and the receptionists as well. Dr. Delaney recommended taking a combination of COQ10 Omega 3 for my eyes which I do. I really believe these doctors really care about their patients and their eyesight. They are always so pleasant. Several time I have gone in to get the arms of my eyeglasses tightened with no cost or bother. They have never hesitated to give me a copy of a presecription when I have lost my glasses. I am lucky to be able to walk there from my home.

Scott summed it up perfectly “ Very limited selection for glasses, very incompetent office staff who gets angry at you for their mistakes.” 2 months later and still no glasses, been gave the runaround at least 5 times so far and keep being told “it’s an issue with the lab they’ll be in next week.” Frustrated is an under statement.

Astonishingly expensive to get a basic pair of eye glasses there. Just do it online.

Very limited selection for glasses, very incompetent office staff who gets angry at you for their mistakes. My return visit had much better selection. The lady I dealt with was such a dear and took time to explain the entire process. I left much happier.

I just picked up new glasses on Monday, up to then the service was great, but wearing new glasses it became very painful after a day so I called in and dealing with the person on phone was very poor. They could not or would not let me come in just for a few minutes to do an adjustment so I would not be suffering any more behind my left ear - very painful -,and I have to wear them all day every day. Also I work as a PSW from 8 to 5 every day this week, and thankfully that day I had some more openings but this receptionist would not budge saying I needed an appointment, so I’m going to start looking elsewhere for better service, since they couldn’t take a few minutes to help someone out of their pain !!!!!!!! Very painful!!! ☹️
