Receptionist made eye contact. No greeting. Shopped for 10 minutes and not one person approached me. That's ok I'll spend my 600$ somewhere else with service.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The speed of the services they offer is phenomenal. It's rare for me to have to wait more than one day for my glasses to be produced and I appreciate the work that goes into a fast turnaround like that. Keep up the great work guys!

I've been seeing Dr. Paul Paoli since I was younger. He always makes you feel comfortable and never pressures you to buy your glasses from them (obviously recommended b/c they have an excellent staff to help ensure your getting the right fit and style) I now take my 4 boy's and husband there. Between Dr. Paul Paoli and his staff they all made my family very happy. If your looking for an eye doctor I would highly recommend them.

Dr Darren Peterson referred me to Calgary for LASIK and because of their business relationship I'm able to do my follow up appointments in Lethbridge rather than driving back and forth to Calgary. Highly recommend for regular eye care and especially if you're looking to have LASIK.

Fantastic service, the man helping us was so friendly and helpful, and they fixed my friends glasses for free. Great warranties, fantastic frames, and reasonable prices. If I need glasses in the future I will be coming here.

I was due for my regular eye examine and I am a senior so it was to be covered by OHIP But when I called they said it would cost $100. Dollars for what my regular optometrist in Aurora would never charge for. Part of the cost was for the picture of the inner eye. That is not compulsory at the other Drs office and cost $40. When my other Dr does it she sits me down and goes over what is happening in my eye. In the case of this eye care business the picture was done and I was walk to the exit door to pay. I asked for a copy of the pictures and they acted like I was strange. We don’t do that. I just paid $100. Dollars for a picture they didn’t want me to see. Receptionist called someone and the office about it and 2 sheets of paper were brought. One with a poor quality photo of the Rt. eye and the other picture a black ball Lt. eye. So really pictures were taken for for the sake of getting money as the photos were useless. Still waiting to hear from them for my specialist appointment. I know once I get the appointment it will be a long wait but they haven’t told me any date yet. I wonder if they even phoned yet??

Horrible Customer Service. They don't help at all. They also don't back up there products. When you ask for a manager they tell you they don't have one. If you want headache after headache and no guarantee on there products then go here.

Called today as my daughter has been suffering from severe migraines and they said that they have two spots available this afternoon, but only if I will pay $100 for a scan not covered by OHIP. Otherwise, they have no room for her. This is the worst service I have ever had. We have also been loyal customers here for years... guess they don't value that at all here. Terrible. We won't be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paoli's for 34 years. In that time he and his staff have consistently demonstrated professional expertise, care, kindness, professionalism, and a conscientious recommendations that consider your needs and your financial considerations. I can always count on the friendly greeting upon arrival from Corinna who I believe has worked there as long as I’ve been a patient. They have this wonderful man who works on repairs there who is excellent as well and who has saved many of my favourite glasses over the years (I forget his name but I think he’s been there a long time as well). The team is always friendly and knowledgeable and trying to do what’s best for you. Dr. Paoli is also excellent - he never rushes me, lets me ask all my questions so I have a comfort and understanding of what's happening or needs to happen, and is a kind and comfortable doctor to be around. Anyone who has him as their optometrist is lucky to have him. I highly recommend Dr. Paoli and his team to anyone looking for a new optometrist, or who just needs help with new lenses or frames. They are all excellent. My most recent visit was September 2019 and they are still just as amazing as I remember.

After being talked into spending 98.00 for a retinal photo, I returned the next day thinking they would probably put the arms on my glasses. The receptionist made me wait in the cold for a good length of time before returning to say, ' I'm sorry but you didn't buy them here and we don't fix glasses we don't sell! Bad business in my books; and I'll never return.

I live in Ontario and was staying in Lethbridge for a week vacation. Ended up getting something stuck in my eye which became very irritated. I walked into this office and the staff at the desk was fabulous. Had my 8 year old with me and the receptionist put on a show and gave her a free bracelet which made my daughters day! They squeezed me in without an appointment and were very fast getting me into the room. Dr. Darren Peterson was amazing. He was very thorough and very kind. He took all the precautions to ensure I had a great rest of vacation feeling as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. He prescribed me an antibiotic which helped tremendously. Amazing optometrist. I am so happy with my visit with this office! Definitely recommend everyone going to them as they’re wonderful! Thanks again for such a great experience!

I just moved into Peterborough and wanted to find a trusted local optometrist - and boy did I make the wrong decision by choosing this shop: I paid for top-end frames and lenses, but lenses had to be redone several times and took forever to get done. Had to redo one of the frames, because it did not fit (!!). Then I had to wait for almost three months to get it all done. Overall, very friendly but clueless, overpriced and not flexible. Will go back to my trusted and competent optometrist in Milton!
