Around the 21st of June, I brought back my safety glasses for repair as I had damaged one lense. This pair of safety glasses were bought on March 28th from Vision Expert at 2995 Boulevard de la Concorde E, Laval, QC H7E 2B5. I called Vision Expert on July 5th, 2 weeks later, as I had heard no news from them. They told me that there was a defect with the lense and it needed to be re-done. I called Vision Expert, again, on July 17th to know what was happening. They told me that the place where my glasse were sent had my lense and that it would probably ship on that day, or on the 18th. Today, on the 19th, I called yet again, since I had no news from them. I was told there is another delay, since the lense is defective yet again (I believe this will be the 3rd or 4th time now that I hear this excuse) and that my glasse will not be ready until next week. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received so far from both Vision Expert and the Securo-Vision team. I can understand a mistake, but 4 times in a row is incredibly frustrating, especially since I AM THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO CALL EVERY SINGLE TIME in order to get information. Until my issue is resolved in a timely manner, this place deserve this review and the 1-star associated with it.

Receptionist was very rude we went to buy contact lenses after getting a prescription from another place and she said it’s illegal in Quebec to get them without the right information and that we had to get a prescription from them but the same day we went to another place and they were able to give me contacts with the information provided from the optometrist. Would not recommend rude and lying personnel.

Le professionnalisme est pas terrible et le temps d'attente comparables a une clinique de sans rendez vous. Ce que je reproche c'est le fait qu'il n'ont pas voulu me rembourser les $70.00 d'antibiotiques et anti-imflamatoire (medicament non assurée ) En plus je ne pouvais pas conduire et j'ai dû payer pour mes taxis aller retour deux fois lesquels il mon remboursé 50%. En plus d'avoir perdu 2 demi journée de travail et je vous épargne la douleur que ca ma fait. Depuis tout petit déjà j'y allait mais depuis le changement de propriétaire professionnelle ce n'est pas une bonne place poir vos yeux croyez moi. PLUS JAMAIS
