It was my first eye exam since I was a child. They made me feel comfortable, secure and the staff were incredibly friendly and full of knowledge. They answered all my questions accurately and were very kind, even though I spent what felt like an hour trying on almost every pair of glasses until I got the perfect ones. Over all, greatly impressed and will recommend to anyone in the future! Thanks a bunch!

Dr. Doldolea is the best optometrist I have ever known. Her practice has the most advanced equipment and Dr. D explains everything you need to know about your eyes. In addition to checking your eyesight, she also checks for other potential issues with your eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Doldolea. I will not go anywhere else.

** update - Return for a follow up checkup. Good social distancing practices. We also found out that the doctor can write you a prescription (no PD) without a full eye exam. for a lower fee. One side of the street was fenced off. But, there is 3 hour free parking behind the building. ** Great services. Dr. Mann was able to arrange an urgent eye exam. on the same day. She was very patient and friendly. Everyone is doing their best taking the pandemic precaution. Thanks again.

I just visited today with my toddler two kids for the first time eye check-up. Staff and the doctor were very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed by Dr. Mann how she handled with young kids. She was very gentle and patient. My two girls, usually very shy and nervous, were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience.

We've brought our whole family in and it was a great experience. They managed to keep our toddler engaged and do a thorough eye exam which is important to us as we are watching for possible genetic eye problems. We were fully impressed with how that went . My wife has a complicated prescription and Dr Dhaliwal took her time to make sure all of my wife's concerns were addressed. We gladly recommend this clinic and it's doctors.

I had an appointment with Dr. Dhaliwal as my first eye appointment in seven years. I acquired a new prescription and she asked some great questions about the amount of screen time I have, being a remote/work from home employee. This situation means my daily screen time is 8+ hours a day ago she suggested a get a blue light filter for the lenses in the new prescription. I've had them for two weeks and it's a life changer. My mental fatigue is halved. I highly recommend this doctor. She knows her Science and accounts for the human.

They have a good selection of frames and the most up-to-date technology! The optometry is in the perfect location surrounded by many stores and restaurants! Definitely recommend this place!

I bought 2 sunglasses and asked for using my insurance they did by one and second one they said insurance will pay in 7 business days l paid by myself and asked them if insurance didn’t pay what I need to do they said you can come and we fix it after few times calling they said ask insurance l did and figure out they write for insurance frame in one invoice and the other sunglasses that insurance asking me proscription l went there and they told me today we can’t do anything changing invoice is fraud l can’t believe it when they do write one is frame and other one sunglasses isn’t fraud? They even did not accept return the glass that l didn’t use it also just said sorry we can’t help you it passed the day. Don’t believe and pay by yourself if they said insurance saying pending they just want to sell items. That was my first time going and never going again.

My 6 year old was kicked in the eye at school. I took him here for his injury. He was a difficult patient as he did not want to open his eye due to pain and fear. But the staff and Dr were Amazing!! I had called in a panic not knowing what to do and they told me to come in right away. They were patient and kind to my child, will be using this eye clinic for all my family members.

Dr Dhaliwal was patient with me and happily answered all of my questions and proved herself to be both experienced and knowledgeable. She is probably the best optometrist I've ever been to. After having an exemplary eye exam experience we were assured by dr Mann that a certain set of glasses would fit our child. After trying them for a week it was clear that they did not fit. They would not take the glasses back and refund our money. We are very dissatisfied. We ended up buying another pair elsewhere which were properly fitted. The rationale they provided for not doing the return was that our extended medical benefits had already paid them for the frames. What’s joke

I attended Willoughby Optometry for an eye exam as a pre requisite to laser eye surgery. (At a Vancouver clinic) I was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail from the moment I arrived. I had many questions regarding eye surgery and found Dr. Doldolea extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Willoughby Doctors of Optometry!

Great level of care for all three eyeglass wearers in my family. I have been coming since they first opened. The doctors and technicians are fantastic with kids. My kids have broken or bent their glasses multiple times, and they will handle it right over the phone and get us in immediately. Great selection of glasses- I can see the collection is carefully curated. Four stars due to the fact that most are high cost frames, fewer budget friendly. I recommend them personally to all that ask that for eye care; they give the best customer service in Langley. Thank you for offering quality care in Willoughby. It really enriches the neighborhood.

I had pain in my right eye and lost a big part of my vision over night. The doctors at Willoughby were very nice and took me in right away. The problem was they didn't ask me many questions about what could have happened. I think they cared, but their expertise is not in sicknesses. I can imagine they are good at prescribing eye glasses. But it you have an eyesight problem, maybe don't go here.

**Update/Revised** Dr Mann reached out to me and was very apologetic on behalf of Alison, I had come back in to receive my glasses and the staff were very friendly. Sonya (I think) helped me with reviewing the new glasses with me (Too early to tell as I need to wear them for a couple of weeks as they are progressives) But they assured me they would help me if there is any issue with blurriness in lenses and to let them know in a few weeks. My thanks goes out to the staff for going above and beyond. Let me start with saying Dr Mann was fantastic, friendly and attentive when I described the issues I had with my previous lenses (they were low quality/cheap) When she left me with Alison she explained to her that I was not happy with my previous lenses because of the low quality, and asked her to help me with that. Once I had picked out my frames (alone) Alison did not show me what different types of lenses they had to offer, or anything actually. None of the things an Ophthalmic Dispenser would, and in fact should show you. In fact it says on the website "helping patients with frame selection and advising them as to which lens options will best suit their needs." That did NOT happen, not even a little bit. She picked the cheapest lenses they had and went with that. I went home feeling annoyed, waited a bit (because I didn't want to be rude and I would have been if I didn't wait to calm down) I called in and explained, that I was looking for better quality lens and had to literally ask that she tell me what the different lenses were and which were better quality. I am still waiting for the glasses (it's been two weeks) Hopefully once I receive them they are worth the effort and the cost. I won't be coming back though.
