They saw me for an emergency appointment when I had trauma to my eye. They told me to come down and got me in fairly quickly. Thank you to the lovely receptionists for being so kind! Dr. Mudry was very nice as well!

Mahdaviani, was very quick to understand my situation and addressed it quickly and decisively. I recommend this clinic and would return here in the future if need be.

Beware of double billing, go to another Optometrist, they will steal from you. My husband made an appointment for an eye exam with Langley Eyecare Centre. When the appointment was made he specifically asked if they would direct bill our benefits provider, and they said that they would. When he was paying before his exam, he informed them that we had a new plan and provided the information, the clerk told him that the claim was rejected and not covered by the plan, and he would have to pay, so he paid for the exam. The clerk even showed him a screen that showed it wasn’t covered, he took her word as he was not familiar with their software. When we followed up with our benefits provider to find out why the exam was not covered, we were informed that Langley Eyecare Centre office did receive payment from our benefits provider as well as payment from us, DOUBLE BILLING. We contacted Langley Eyecare Centre office to inquire, and they confirmed, that yes they did receive TWO PAYMENTS, and acted surprised, they refunded our payment, but only because they got caught STEALING. There was no apology, only rude flip attitude. Find another optometrist.

Today I had the best experiences with Langley Eyecare center. They provided very good eye exam. Very professional Optometrist was Dr. Mahdaviani. Also, receptionist and Optometrist assistant been very good in their jobs. I highly recommend this Eye Centre to everyone. Thank you very much Dr. Mahdaviani and your team.

My family and I have been customers for many years, and regret not transferring to another optometrist sooner. Dr. Mudry is very aggressive and pushy with her sales. The pricing of glasses and contact lens is particularly steep there, and other places offer much more reasonable pricing. Dr. Mudry was unhappy that we didn't purchase contact lens from her and wouldn't even give us our prescription if we didn't buy from her. Langley Eye Care Centre also has outdated technology and the service is unsubstantial.

I have been a patient at Langley Eyecare Centre for approx 20 years. Dr. Mahdaviani is excellent! I had an appointment today and have a mask exemption, but I did wear a face shield going in. They were so kind and gracious and did not make me feel like an outcast for this. Thank you so very much Langley Eyecare Centre!

The receptionist charged me for full eye care. The doctor Mahadeviah said he will do full exam in next week's appointment. When told to receptionist, she stated that I will be charged again for next week's appointment. On questioning she did not stated any reason and simply repeated her statement. I find the whole experience unprofessional. Did not go to them again. Update: After posting the google review, I recieved a call back from the clinic and they agreed to correct the mistake and complete the rest of the eye exam. I went back in and completed the exam. Updating my star rating to 3 from 1.

I Highly recommend this place. This is one of the older small businesses in Langley, and should be supported over the big chain stores. Great customer service, helpful staff with a good selection of frames. They also direct bill which is very convenient.

I was in there a couple weeks ago with my dad while he was looking to get a new pair of glasses and eye exam. He checked in and the receptionist told him to have a seat and they would bring him back in a few minutes. He took this opportunity to start looking at new frames. When he walked to the back, Nicole rolled her eyes and laughed and mouthed "what is he doing? Going to the back?" Not knowing at the time I was his daughter. This is in plain view of the public waiting room where I happened to be sitting. As soon as Nicole started helping my dad pick frames and he called me over to help him decide and she was overly nice to me from that point on. Regretfully he was on a time sensitive issue and had to purchase glasses that day. After spending close to $900+ this visit and being a loyal customer for many years he will not be returning. Maybe think twice before making fun of your customers next time.

Been going there for at least 25 years great doctors, great staff. Staff always willing to help fix your broken frames to picking out new frames. Christine has a knack to find the right pair of frames to fit your face. From family, co-workers and friends they to enjoy the service. ????
