Such a great experience at InSight Optometry & Vision Therapy! The receptionist and other staff were so welcoming and so kind. They made me feel so comfortable and safe (especially during the pandemic). As for the optometrist, I have been seeing Dr. Larson for 10 years and he is the best!! He is very professional and is very welcome to any questions. He knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way. The service is expert and fast, and they take time to educate you. Highly recommend :)

Rude beyond belief. Lisa the Optometric Assistant at the front desk. I’ll save you all the details because you have all met ones like her before. After many years of my family enjoying the office staff(tremendously I might add) and seeing Dr Sass we ended our experience because of Lisa. Everyone else is worth picking. Problem is one bad apple spoils the bushel. Otherwise, if she’s gone you’ll enjoy all the others.( Especially Moira - the shiniest one of them all!) We have a home on the mainland and Van. Island. We’ve kept all our other medical and dental on the mainland. We will look for another optometrist because we are not interested in dealing with Lisa.

Worst experience EVER. My 6 year old injured her eye, so I brought her to Dr. Sass for an exam. It took about 1 minute in total. He said her eye is healing, but some drops in my hand and walked to the door. I asked him if her eyesight was ok. He said "No" and ushered me out of the office and told me to make another appointment. Really? A 6 year old with an injured eye who no longer sees properly and the only answer I get is No, her eyesight isn't good, see ya! Oh and make your payment at the front! I would not recommend this man to look after my DOG. Go ANYWHERE other than this man.

They direct billed my extended health for the reading glasses I so desperately needed and I had zero dollars out of pocket. They have invested heavily in technology. I wanted to take the time to say how great my experience was at this clinic. I came to Dr. Sarabusky for a second opinion, she was so thorough and patient. I really appreciated the time she took to explain my condition to me and the treatment. I have a lot of health issues with my eyes and no one has ever taken the time to explain this so thoroughly except for Dr. Sarabusky. The receptionists and other staff were all very welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Sarabusky and her staff.

The office was well organized, with the necessary Covid precautions, and we were warmly welcomed at reception by Georgia. Dr. Larson has been our Optometrist for ten years. He is extremely warm, welcoming and professional, and is without doubt an outstanding optometrist. He answers all our questions, and we never feel rushed. Tanya was most helpful when it came to frame and lens selection. It made the whole process relaxing and easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Larson and his staff.
