My mother in law received a referral to this Optometry practice from her doctor. Although; when she called to book an appointment with the optometrist she was referred to , she struggled to understand the word "maternity". Instead of being met with patience and understanding, the receptionist told her to "find someone who can understand" and hung up abruptly.

Cons: rude receptionist...could use a lesson on grace and people skills. Pros: Dr Katy Tan is amazing, as well as the moa who assisted. I had a medical issue at the time of my appt and they were both very caring and understanding. Overall I felt embarrassed and defeated after walking out. The appt was good, but the before and after had me feeling rushed and honestly quite dumbfounded.

For most of my life, I had perfect vision. So when I turned 40 and needed glasses, I was saddened my the loss of details I had been able to see. Over 10 years and several optometrists, but none managed to get a good fit. This time was different. Step by step Eva made sure we got it right this time. She painstakingly adjusted so I could see. Not just good enough, but see almost as well as before I needed glasses. I can drive again. I can read a novel again. What a joy she has brought me. Absolutely fabulous service.

Incredibly rude front desk staff, which is a shame because the doctors are good. Whatever you do, don't reschedule an appt due to a family emergency or you'll be made out to feel like a complete POS and have to pay for a service you were previously told would not incur a charge. Save yourself the attitude and find another eye care provider.
