On September 17, 2020 I had an 11am appointment at Zyeu clinic at carrefur Angrignon store on Newman blvd, Montreal, but doctor arrived one hour late to store. She arrived one hour late to my appointment and offered me no excuse. I entered to her eyes testing room and fell I was being rushed thru test. She was very impatient with my answers, I was guessing on deciding between lenses when she presented asking me “which is better, 1 or 2”. She didn’t give me enough time to decide. At one point, she expressed her impatience and frustration to me. Now am not please with lenses “New” numbers. I think the reason was her rush in doing the test and the way she demanded my answers. Of course, she was late for next patient and rushed me thru test.

Best customer service ever! I am with them since the begining of my blindness???????? im kidding. But they are soooo nice and they help you a lot. For the new comers to the "glasses community"???? this is the best place where they can suggest what kind of glasses could fit you best. The staffs really makes you feel comfortable and they are very nice. The price are good too!

Gives wrong prescription. Had to go somewhere else and spend $500 to get the correct lenses. Rude and inferior service. Would NEVER go back or recommend this place. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

I have been to many optometrists and this has been the worst experience. Once you purchase glasses , All services, politeness and courtesy ends. What a nightmare. 2 days after wearing the cheap glasses they gave me for free , because my prescription was $600.00, I called them because I was having headaches and my nose was swollen. The person said he was busy and I should come in when they are not " too " busy. After many visits, complaints , and listening to their lies and excuses , they agreed to change the glasses if I purchased a designer frame . $200.00 PLUS . These con artist. . Later , after waiting many many weeks , wearing my old glasses and suffering with headaches..I received the glasses . I returned again because one of the wires on the nose pad was defective and twisted in another direction. This man, Jameel's excuse to me was " some people's nose are not straight" and "I have to go pick up my child " My nose was straight before I came to Zyeu ( ask the plastic surgeon I saw ) and had to deal with unethical business practices and wear their defective glasses. They only care about the money..The customer is only a dollar sign in their eyes. Someone who takes care of people's vision should have ethics and some morals. Their manner is a total disgrace. Now the same nosepad wire on my Guess glasses that I complained about is broken. Also one of the screws holding the lens fell out . Before I ever go back to these rude, discourteous , greedy people, I am making a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU & Consumer Protection. And while I was there I heard the old man trying to persuade a customer that they have to keep the prescription for his glasses until he buys glasses from them.. He knew the man was an immigrant and thought he didnt know his rights...SHAMEFUL..Beware..Enter at your own risk. The most deceptive, unethical business .

This is the best place I've ever been to for an eye exam and prescription glasses. The staff are fabulous and very accommodating, I first went with a friend who had broken his glasses on a Friday, Zyeu set him up right away at a very reasonable cost and prepared his prescription glasses for him very quickly thereafter. I've just been back for myself and was very happy with my eye exam, the staff and my new glasses are great!

This is the first time I’ve been to this place because I was having problems with my eyes. I was really happy I went here because they really helped me out. The owner was very helpful and they followed good protocols during the pandemic. The doctor was also very helpful. I went back the next day to choose frames and to get sunglasses. The owner’s son was also very helpful. Their pricing is also very reasonable. They take their time to make sure they address your needs.
