My mom went to get her eyes check and she ended up buying 2 pair of glasses as a promotion. Payed more than a 1000$ to get glasses that don't work. She took then back and ask for a repair but its been almost a month a no calls or follow ups from the place. When you call the answering machine is always full. When she finally got then on the phone, they try to charge more for the repairs on the glasses that they screw up. Overall, bad service...

She explained the tests given, the results, answered all questions and forwarded the information to my physician along with the necessary paperwork for insurance. Very COVID clean.

Ive been buying my glasses there for 3 years and its way better than Newlooks and others. They offer better price and the staff is very dedicated. I had the bad luck of losing my main pair of glasses and the protection doesnt cover the loss of glasses. But the manager gave me a very good discount on it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I took my mom there a few days ago to get new glasses because the ones that she had was not doing the job. I Had an amazing and comfortable experience. I would 100% recommend going here. The environment is very clean and welcoming. From the phone call , the entrance , the eye exam to the final purchase of new glasses I felt 100% supported and cared for. The team is very patient and willing to answer any questions with so much joy and respect. I did NOT feel a single ounce of pressure or judgement from any of the staff members. I went in to see them with an eye emergency, and kindly enough the staff at the front right away so I needed help and booked me an appointment in to see the Optician right away. The staff working is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Samuel was so patient and thorough with my eye examination. He made sure to to check every detail to get the help I needed. Went in with my broken glasses that I hadn't even purchased there and they fixed them up for me on the spot! I was so impressed that I proceeded to ask when would they have space for an eye exam and was given the option of going in the next day! I've been going to my other lens store for 20 years and I was told it wouldn't be before 3 weeks from now. Simply by providing an amazing service, I have now become a new customer.
