My glasses are now multiple weeks late. Today (after weeks of "they'll be ready by ___" which was never true) we were told we could come pick them up. But nope- only one of the two pairs. No offer to make it right or discount the not insignificant prices. I'm incredibly disappointed. Having said that, the pair I actually did receive seem nice and the staff and especially the optometrist when I initially went in were all very pleasant. Hopefully they'll improve their lab some day.
