Love, love, love the Bailey Nelson store!! Randomly came across this place a couple weeks ago, and I was amazed at how cheap their glasses are. Plus it came in quite quick too. One was damaged, so they VIP'd the order for me, and they made sure it fit perfectly. Also, the customer service is absolutely amazing! The happy blonde (I forgot her name) always brightens up my day whenever I'm there lol. Thank you thank you (:

AMAZING I'm so glad to be the first review on these guys. I ended up actually receiving my glasses without charge and these guys had the best customer service!They were so nice and their prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend for glasses, sunglasses or anything like that!!

Hands down the best service I’ve experienced. The manager was more than generous and accommodating. The optometrist was highly thorough with her exam and took her time to explain everything in detail. I typically have to have my contact lenses made externally due to my prescription, but the team was fully stocked and had my contact prescription on site. Overall, great experience.

Oh my goodness! Words can't describe how ABSOLUTELY LOVELY the team at this location is! From the second I stepped in the door to the day I left with the perfect pair of glasses, the service was OUTSTANDING! I can't thank you guys enough for everything!!!! The staff were amazing and friendly and very patient. The optometrist was very smart and explained everything to me very thoroughly while doing the eye exam. I got such an amazing deal and I’m in love with my choices of glasses! I had an extremely positive experience at Bailey Nelson after I had an emergency when my glasses broke in half! Their sales representatives were absolutely AMAZING. Alex was super helpful & understanding. She was even kind enough to take the time and undergo the Herculean effort of mending the broken glasses. The selection of glasses was stylish and affordable, with no compromises on quality. Mohamed and Alex were both really knowledgeable about the different frames and options to provide the best comfort and price. I would definitely recommend BN to anyone looking to buy a pair of new glasses.

I can not thank the Bailey Nelson team enough for their wonderful customer service, they are so friendly and helpful! I did my eye exam and bought two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from them, the price is very affordable and fair, and the doctor was very professional and kind.
