I always get a good experience with ZoomCare, but this one in particular was better than most. The location was very nice and clean. Thomas helped me with my concerns and explained things really well. He made sure to answer all of the questions that I had before I left the clinic. It's great to know that your provider really cares about you and doesn't just see you to make profit.

I've been delighted by the personable, professional and knowledgable care we've received at the Zoomcare Shoreline location. I went out of my way to schedule at this location even over my own usual GP, because I know I'll get good care and not have to wait a week to get in. Today, I took my son in to see FNP Thomas Chan, and from the excellent front office to the exam itself, it was smooth and efficient. We were given the space to get details, to ask questions, and he helped us put information in context in a way that is exceedingly rare. We walked out learning a lot, and had a few laughs to boot. The location is convenient, with ample parking, too!

Excellent care, service and process! I cut my hand and knew I needed stitches and we were about to go the an ER when I had the idea of looking up urgent care clinics nearby. We called Zoom and we’re set up with an appointment within the hour. Check in was easy, the nurse practitioner saw me right on schedule, everything was explained thoroughly, he was gentle and empathetic and I was out the door in an hour!

I had such a great experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, they have a small pharmacy on site, and there's no wait when you get there if you schedule (same day) online. Also, the interior design is well thought out and the office is very clean.

So great! Fast and very convenient, and extremely knowledgeable and caring staff!! Having a disaster that requires frequent emergency antibiotics it really difficult to get into my primary doc. I have to use urgent care and walk in clinics often. This was by far the easiest spot I’ve used, with online booking, appts available and on site meds! The team there was so so so nice and really made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Efficient care as others said! I scheduled an online session just 15 before the start time. My doctor, Thomas, joined the session on time and got everything sorted out for me during a 15 minutes chat! He also sent the prescription to a nearby pharmacy for me within minutes after my online session. I'm absolutely happy with the video visit experience!

I visited because of swelling and pain in my back. Instead of addressing my concern, the nurse practitioner, Thomas Chan, grilled me over my psychiatric history (I was not presenting any psych symptoms), repeatedly asking questions like whether I had homicidal ideations, which I've never had in my life. Not only did I not receive care or concern regarding what I visited for, but I left humiliated and feeling like less of a person.

We just came back from this crabby clinic. We could not find the entrance to go to their parking area due to the construction around there. We were late for 5 minutes. The woman at the desk talked to us with no eye contact —“ yes, you are late 5 minutes. We will cancel your appointment.” Then the same woman said that they could not check my mother and fill out “fit to travel” form. I told them that they confirmed on the phone that they had the service. We walked out with no service, feeling bad to be told that being late 5 minutes caused the cancellation. AND! they could not provide their service. My husband got the cancellation email and warned us that they might charge us for up to $100 for cancellation. What in the world! Rude service, unfair, unprofessional etc I called their customer service and complained. The lady on the phone talked nicely and agreed that it was totally not ok for Zoom clinic Shoreline to charge us. The charge didn’t happen yet and we hope that they would not ever try to charge us for this situation. Do better Zoom clinic Shoreline!

Staff was friendly and treated me well, but company wants to collect creepy advertising data. Zoom has a data collection policy that their sign up form asked me to sign when I was checking in for treatment. They did treat me even though I did not sign the form, but trying to get that data when someone is registering for urgent care is not OK. Zoom collects data for advertisers. I don't want my medical information being used for online advertising. I especially don't want to be asked about it when I'm just trying to see a doctor.

I am new to healthcare in the PNW and did not have a positive experience with ZoomCare. tl;dr I was given the wrong antibiotic and shoddy care instructions for an infection. My experience at ZoomCare: · I went in for my first visit. The healthcare practitioner was either disinterested in or could not follow my rundown of my medical history as pertained to my condition. For starters, I had to repeat myself several times. She also tried to rush through treatment, and I had to ask her to please consider all aspects of my condition besides just the infection. · When the practitioner prescribed a certain antibiotic, I voiced my concerns, explaining that several of my PCPs had advised against that antibiotic in the past, and could we consider any others? She insisted that this was the antibiotic we should stick with anyway, without giving solid reasoning why. · The lab results, which in my experience with this type of infection has never taken more than 3 days to come back, were not available to me until a full 5 days into my prescribed treatment. They were not easy to read, but as far as I could tell, results indicated that my infection was resistant to the antibiotic that I had been prescribed. I sent the PDF to a nurse friend of mine, who agreed with my assessment. Nonetheless, my care instructions were to continue treatment my condition with said resistant antibiotic. · I tried to follow up with ZoomCare. Even though follow-up care via Chat Care is supposed to be free for 7 days after my initial visit, neither the website nor the app would allow me to log in to my account. The password reset option also would not work (I was told that only an administrator could do this for me). I was forced to make a telehealth appointment, which cost me extra. · The telehealth practitioner I spoke to did not seem to think it was that big an issue that I had been prescribed an antibiotic that would not treat my infection (I never received an apology). He then prescribed me a new course of treatment with the vague directions that I could "take the new antibiotics for anywhere between 3 and 14 days." All in all, in my experience, ZoomCare is lacking in precision, empathy, quality healthcare, and even technology. Giving two stars for the kind receptionists and for the ability to grab same-day appointments.

She also looked at peripheral issue and made a suggestion that had never been suggested by my regular primary care group. This is my first time to a zoom clinic, and I was very impressed. The office was clean, there was no one in the waiting room, and the staff were super friendly. I am in between health insurance companies at the moment, and when they found that out they were very conscientious, and even offered to refer me to free services. Pricing was cheap and straightforward, if I ever need urgent care again I’ll be back.

Greedy Greedy Greedy Greedy Greedy. Stopped taking state insurance, denied me healthcare under my Premera because they will only see you for one thing at a time. Heaven forbid you were to injure two things at once. You must pay for 2 visits on two consecutive days in that case. It’s not health care it’s a money milking factory milking you for your problems one at a time. Everett clinic just down the road saw me, took x-rays, spent time going over the issue and gave me clear competent healthcare for one $15 copay. I have notes from previous visits where they tended to more than one issue. I dunno why you would rather turn away someone who needs healthcare than tend to both issues. Especially when the next couple hours have NO BOOKINGS! Way to prioritize profit over people. Pretty sure the Hippocratic Oath doesn’t stop after 15 minutes.

Awesome clinic! Super fast, friendly and easy to schedule via the app. I think my entire visit lasted 25 minutes tops. They’ve got some medications on-hand, so you don’t necessarily have to go to a pharmacy afterwards. I’d definitely go here again!

I choose video chat since I was concerned I might be contagious. There were several options for same day appointment and was able to pick an early time so I could treat my symptoms right away. The doctor listened to my concerns and asked great questions to come to a conclusion about my illness. Then offered three options so I could treat my symptoms in a way I was comfortable with. I was impressed with how kind and knowledgeable my doctor was and how he was able to identify what was bothering me right away.

This is a brand new Zoom. The doctor was an angel, so empathetic and listened/cared about my health and getting me better. I love Zoom - always have fantastic doctors - but be warned about the 5 min late policy. I showed up 6 min late to a separate location and they turned me away. Most of them stay on strict 15 min appt windows.

I woke up in very uncomfortable pain and was able to get an appointment quickly by booking online. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and I saw the NP within minutes. She was also very kind and took time to listen to my concerns and after a few tests answered my questions without trying to rush me out the door. What I want to talk about the most is the NP found something that she could have passed over, but instead told me right away without giving me a heart attack. She also went out of her way to get me the referrals I needed to get checked out. She and the receptionist even made sure to schedule my appointments when my new insurance kicks in. As someone in between insurances I felt very cared for my concerns were heard and most of my labs came back within three days! Thanks so much guys!

Megan, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful - I was crabby, sick and tired and she did a great job of moving the insurance approval along despite some hiccups. Dr Carlo was very thorough and called in my prescription and spoke personally with the pharmacist. I recommend that you consider Zoom care for your common illnesses and emergencies.
