I've been a patient of Dr. Alibhai for over 10 years now. During every visit, she has spent more than twice the amount of time with me compared to any other doctor I've had. She's meticulous in gathering her patient histories, performing her examinations and ensuring that any concerns or questions I have are thoroughly addressed. She sets the gold standard for patient care and "bedside" manner as far as I'm concerned. Her experience is nothing to sneeze at either. She can fill hours talking about so many interesting cases she's dealt with - especially in humanitarian work settings in far flung countries with barely any tools. If anything is weird, chances are she's seen it before and has a great network of doctors to refer to if it's beyond what an optometrist can take care of. Once I found out that a doctor she referred me to was literally the best in the region - and I was seen the same day! With her brand new office conveniently located in the new Redmond Costco, things are even better - the office and equipment are all brand new and the latest in billing and payment are all there. Best of all, since that Costco is pretty new, it's not a complete zoo - getting appointments is easy and I'm not having to park in Timbuktu. You don't have to be a Costco member to get an exam with Dr. Alibhai, but for members, the optical center was super efficient in both cost and time in filling my contact lens prescription! Cheers to the one doctor I truly look forward to seeing!

Just went back for my annual exam and I still love this place. Friendly staff, competent doctor, efficient checkout process. Dr Alibhai offered some trial contact lenses that I find super comfortable and the staff was ultra-responsive to my request to have an an updated prescription emailed to me. Will be back again next year!

This was my second annual exam here and I found the staff and new Optometrist to be of exceptional quality. First time in my life I felt as though I "aced my test" due to the positive feedback the doctor communicated during dreaded eye exam! Excellent diagnostic tools, OPTOS screening and found a new pair of glasses to boot. Extremely pleased with service. Mahalo!

Dr. Alibhai took her time and examined my eyes very thoroughly , giving me an excellent advice and even recommendations for the right frame. They have a great staff and comprehensive service at half the price to the surrounding places. And although inside Costco, you don't have to be a Costco member to take advantage of the price saving. They are open to all patients.

WOW! The staff and experience here is fantastic! The office is small (it's in Costco after all), but everyone is super friendly, professional and provides a great experience. I love it when people exceed expectations. I don't know how they do it here, but it seems every time they get better. Only downside is they don't accept my insurance. I come here anyway because they are that good. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
