No real web presence. I called to get an eye exam for glasses but they would not schedule an exam that didn't include dilating my Iris for retinal problems. I will probably just go to safeway and find some reading glasses that work.

Lot of (over)billing problems. e.g., they don't go with the VSP contracted rate even though they are a contracted VSP provider!

My family and I have been using Kirkland Family Eyecare for over 10 years and I have nothing but praise for the staff and Dr. Lee. They are always cheerful, helpful and only concerned with you having the best vision (and best looking) vision possible.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Lee this week and had a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming (very easy to schedule), the office was nice and clean, and Dr. Lee was professional, quick and funny. They had a good variety of frames but I wanted to shop around before deciding. I’ll definitely keep coming!
