Rude receptionist Failed to provide an appointment reminder like they said they would, called me 10 mins after my appointment that was booked 3 weeks ago. I won't go here, way to many other eye doctors and cheaper ones to have to listen to some woman that hates her job.

Great people, excellent service and quality glasses. Dr. Sara Di Carlo checked all of us. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our kids loved her. Almost no wait time, great service and high tech machinery for eye exams. We got good discount of our glasses and are extremely happy with our experience there. My visit to Keswick Family Eyecare was the first time I was seen by an optometrist. Sara Dicarlo is excellent at what she does and has a genuine passion for helping patients improve their vision. All of the staff I came into contact were very knowledgeable with the product and service being offered at Keswick Family Eyecare. I have been going to this eye care centre for many years now and in the resent few mouths I had a problem with my eyes (ie welding flash ) I phoned up the centre they made room for me with in a couple of hours at the appointment I seen the very pleasant Reception team then I seen Dr. Dicarlo which was A very caring professional she not only got to the flash problem I had she removed a lot of debris and medal particles from my eyes that day . I returned for a appointment on 02,19/21 for my update at which time I seen the team again then Dr Dicarlo she once again was very good at her job I now have ordered my new glasses from them . Later this day Dr. Dicarlo contacted me and revisited my ordered glasses and we went over a few details about them . She wasn’t stopping until I was fully satisfied. This is what I call a perfect hard working team with a excellent leader.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Keswick family eye care if exceptional! I have been seeing Dr. Di Carlo for many years b/c she is absolutely the best optometrist! Dr. Di Carlo is kind, knowledgable and professional. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and is very helpful at helping you pick out glasses from their amazing selection. Onto of that, their staff is absolutely fantastic. The staff and doctors provide a safe, helpful and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
