I am extremely extremely disappointed in the service I have gotten from this clinic! First I had to call four times before anyone bothered to call me back. Then I was told I had to get a referral from my dr. Before I was able to get an eye exam because my insurance wouldn't cover it (I had already checked with my insurance before even calling them) But whatever that's their policy so okay! I made an apt with my dr. Like they wanted and I got a referral. I call back to make an apt with who my dr suggested and the woman at the front desk was still unwilling to help me! She was super short and had to keep checking with her coworker before answering my questions. When I started to get upset with her lack of help she talked over me and would not listen. My eyes have gotten three times worse in the past year but they don't seem to think that is a concern! All my dr and I wanted was a more in-depth eye exam to see if there was anything to be concerned about and these people were awful!! I would take my business elsewhere if I were you and find someone who has an actual concern for patients and the health of their eyes! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

Dr. Stroh is great! I trust his knowledge more than any other eye doctor I've been to. He explains everything in detail about my eyes and sets me at ease in terms of what is going on. He's personable/kind and answers all of my questions, he never rushes me. Will continue to see him!

I had an unexpected, serious eye injury and was referred to Dr. Stroh the same day. He and his staff were very accommodating and so helpful with all the many questions I had. Dr. Stroh explained my injury and recovery options very clearly and was really nice to work with. I would recommend him to anyone with eye injuries or just general eye care needs. The whole team there are really great!
