Hello I am 70 years old and a Diabetic and have looked after everyone else in the family first , In 2017 I started looking after me and went to Optometric Clinic and Dr. Hazen looked after me he sent me to Dr. lee in Ottawa that helped stop the bleeding in the back of my eyes , who then sent me to Dr. Polaski in Ottawa to look after the ca-tractors , and I am so pleased for the care that was given and shown to me while going there , I would like to send a very BIG THANK YOU for the care shown.
