Believe Me
This is not the place to go. You are told one thing when you set the appointment and it's a total different story when you go in. The receptionist started out rude and only got worse! She said several times "It's not medically necessary", I'm not an idiot, I understand medically necessary and not medically necessary, and I have no hearing issue. I also know what I was told and that was "it's covered at 100% so there will be no charge for the appointment. Then today they want $$$ and it's "MY" fault they changed the policy in less than 1 month...I don't think so! They should have honored their word!! At least the young lady who told me it was free was kind and didn't deny it. I guess it's Friday and the receptionist and doctor just wanted to end their week earlier! I'd give them a zero if I could because of the rudeness and the lack of concern for their word!

ok, so this was only my first appointment and everything went pretty smoothly. Everyone was nice and professional. I can't give 5 stars as this wouldn't be fair. But, I did receive excellent service this round. As time goes by i will be able to give a much better review. hugs all

Most employees are professional, Denis needs to work on her customers service skills. Overall is a decent facility if you have no other choices.
