I wore glasses with very thick lenses ever since I was a child, then a few years back I had bilateral cataract surgery performed by Dr Brian Harrisberg, it is one of the best decisions I've made. I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. The staff were great. The surgery was so easy, I must admit I was really afraid. It took a month, possibly more for my brain to adapt and during that time my vision fluctuated, I was forewarned of this, then once my brain adjusted to the lenses, my vision was great and the headaches I suffered with all of my life went. I needed YAG laser after the first year, often a standard procedure. This was painless and ever since my vision has been perfect. I would highly recommend Central Sydney Eye Surgeons, and particularly Brian Harrisberg to anyone.

Worst service...as they have no idea on what's going on. Dr Noni Lewis ran very late...no one advised us whilst we sat waiting the staff were aloof and not helpful. There are better clinics. I advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Dr Harrisberg operated on my eyes after having numerous (unsuccessful) surgeries in the past (by others) and was able to achieve the best result I could have ever hoped for! The team at Sydney Eye Surgeons is always very professional, and provide expert knowledge! Can't thank them enough for giving me a result I waited 22 years for!!

I have been seeing the Doctors at Central Sydney Eye Surgeons for a number of years for both myself & my children. I have always found the Doctors & staff to be very helpful & caring. I also have had confidence in the advice that I have received from the Doctors at every visit. In particular, my children have felt very at ease with the kind nature of the Doctors & staff. I would highly recommend this professional, friendly practice!

I cannot in good conscience recommend dr Noni Lewis to anyone. After 9 months of what I can only describe as uncertainty and psychological torment, I switched specialists and my eye problems turned out to be much less severe or mysterious, and my recovery was rapid. Draw your own conclusions.

My mum was a patient of Dr Harrisberg for many years before she passed away. She couldn't speak more highly him. I am now a patient of his and I can't speak highly of him. I have recommended friends to go see him. They say that he and his staff are a pleasure to deal with and they care about you.

Bad, bad, bad, Dr Noni Lewis misdiagnosed me saying its wasn't serious just take time off work and it will go away...it got worse nearly went blind, no sorry and charged me for follow up appointment and had no idea what my condition was, lucky another Dr. was there to have a look

My questions were answered well by the doctor. I did not like that they were about to take new photos for $100 but it states in my referral that I had them done at the optometrist. It is up to the team to chase those photos up and verify referral contents before trying to charge patients for unneccesary photos.

I had corrective laser eye surgery recently with Dr Harrisberg, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! All of the staff that I came into contact with at Central Sydney Eye Surgeons were lovely, including the administrative staff and orthoptists.

This was the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. This extortionist gave me 15 minutes of his time to tell me basic information about how my eye had healed and needed no more intervention. He then charged me over $300!! I wish I never went. I would rather have waited 3 hours in the eye hospital . At least I would have had not been $300 poorer. It's just a blatant rip off. Yes you are in business to make money but when you are told something very basic for 15 minutes and then charged a fortune like I was it is just wrong!

My mother loves the doctor my problem is with how many patients are booked for same day same time, some patients have been there for hours waiting for eye injections. Should be less bookings per day. These people are all elderly.

I have been visiting Dr Harrisberg for at least 20 yrs. and have always found him to be professional and very caring. Robert Simmons you pay for a service which is professional. You have 9 reviews of different places you have been to and not one is a positive one, even Sydney Eye Hospital. Do make sure you ask them to roll out a red carpet for you wherever you go to next, or else they will get a bad review.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were caring and polite. Dr Harrisberg was reassuring and friendly, and I'm also very happy with the result of the surgery I had to undergo there. There was substantial waiting time, but I didn't mind as that is inevitable in most medical practices.

If you value your sight, go to another clinic. The treatment I received at this clinic in 2018 made my condition far worse than it was initially. It's jeopardised my career and diminished my quality of life. Both the eye hospital and the subsequent specialist clinic I attended were surprised by the lack of testing I received here (given my symptoms) and the orthoptic treatment I was given. Many months later, and even with appropriate surgery and treatment, it's still uncertain if I will regain proper vision - in part because the condition was worse after the treatment given at this clinic. I've been on months of sick leave from work, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to return to work fully. I've thought long and hard about posting about my experience because I don't like giving bad reviews, but this has been a life-changing event (not in a good way) and I'd rather let others know. It's your eyesight, after all. I'd certainly be wary of orthoptic treatment from this clinic.
