We took my mother-in-law to see Dr. Bayer yesterday. At 82 she says that this was “the best examination she has had in her entire life.” Extraordinary and all the staff was so kind. Our teenage boy also loved it. And impressing a teenage boy is not easy.

Dr. Cory Samborski is a fabulous optometrist. Very knowledgeable and great with kids. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend him for the whole family.

Dr. Samborski and Jennifer (dispensary) pulled off what two Doctors and half a dozen opticians couldn't. I was told I am a true "non-adapt" for progressive lenses. I now enjoy my progressive lenses, they only come off at night. What made the difference? At Concordia Eye Centre they listen to customers' concerns and use the information, working with the lab, to produce a set of glasses that work. I am very pleased with the whole experience and so is my wife who is a new customer as well. Update: Just purchased my next pair of progressives. Dr. Samborski tweaked my prescription - even better now. Sorry to see Jennifer leave but Christina looked after things this time, she's very knowledgeable, helpful and listens to all of my concerns and questions. If you can't make progressives work for you or you've been told you're "non adaptive", visit Concordia Eye Centre!

Dr. Samborski is absolutely wonderful. He's fantastic with kids. I have a 2 year old and 5 year old and he checked both kids without either of them getting up set. Customer service is also impeccable.

Dr Samborski is a wonderful, knowledgeable, truthful and caring Dr. I can’t recommend him enough. We travel over an hour to see him and it’s worth it. The staff is excellent and the selection of quality eyewear is very good!

This rating is based on the horrible customer service I received from a staff member in the office, I don’t recall her name but she was a younger tiny brunette. Let me say I have been employed for Government for 30 yrs & have worked with all types of employees & while at work I am expected to deal with all sorts of employees who may not want to be there, having bad day, or are younger & feel they are too good for the job & show it in how they act. However, when I am out especially at a Dr’s office I expect the attention, care, sympathy, and kindness from employees not being sharp, cruel, and rude answers. Even the ladies waiting behind were shaking their head at incident. Been coming here for 10 yrs never had to deal with this one before, normally the staff is amazing & drs are top notch, but this experience left me wondering if I actually even wanted to go back as who wants to deal with that? I pray the drs realize how she is treating people & is gone, It’s obvious she hides it well as she only speaks loud enough for you to hear & when staff is near she completely changes. 2 stars is because I still love drs here.

Eye Doctor, was very knowledgeable and nice. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Would not purchase lenses through them since I was given a price that was so expensive I could not believe what they wanted to replace new lenses into my old frames. I have insurance and even with that the price was over $400.00 dollars. I decided to shop around to get a more fair price.

You treat your clients with professionalism, care and do whatever you can to find solutions for me. Dr. Bayer, thank you for reaching out to me and responding to me with humility and professionalism. I am so glad all things were resolved and this can continue to be my place of eyewear needs. This time your whole team stepped up and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
