The staff was super friendly and helpful. Optometrist was the same. Gave me lots of details on the health of my eyes, how often to get an eye exam if you wear contacts (once a year instead of once every two) and gave me lots of different options for contact lenses and glasses. Highly recommend the team at Bailey Nelson Polo Park.

The best optical clinic in Winnipeg. Dr. Boswick was very good at explaining the result of my eye examination and she’s very detailed. It was beyond my expectation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to an optical clinic with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cost of their prescription eyeglasses were very reasonable and i like the style of their in-house brand frames. Lots of options too.

The manager, Deven, was very pleasant and fun to deal with, the optometrist did a very thorough job, and the glasses I came away with…I tell you, I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years and the glasses I got at Bailey Nelson are my favourite pair I’ve ever worn.

I went today to get my eye exam, and possibly new pair of glasses. They were very friendly, helpful and kind. Got a new pair of much needed glasses, after 5 years. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a good pair of reasonably priced glasses with exceptional service.

I was able to book an eye exam, on line , for the next day. Very friendly professional staff. Relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location. The place was very clean and sanitary! My eye exam was thorough. My insurance plan was direct billed without me having to pay and then get reimbursed, always good! This will be my new optometrist!

I am a senior and had an issue with one of my eyes. I was able to book an appointment on-line for the very next day. Dr Boswick the Optometrist was so friendly and professional and extremely thorough. She took her time examining my eyes and explained the issue in detail which relieved my stress about it. I also spent time choosing new frames and the staff there were equally as friendly and so helpful. The frames are excellent quality and the pricing beats any other place I have been. This was by far the best experience I have had at an Optometrist and buying new glasses. I will definitely be back!
