Where to begin, being greeted by a lovely chipper receptionist, followed by a very thourough exam that in my 32 years of living was by far the best experience! Doc was very nice, made you feel like an actual human! A very nice young lady Danielle picked out a beautiful set of Hugo frames for me, I told her what I was looking for and in a matter of 10mins I was paying for the glasses I’ve always wanted!!! She was not like any other I had ever sat down with! I liked my experience so much I bought a set of prescription spy sunglasses and called back a week later and ordered prescription safety glasses for work! Sooo happy I walked thru the doors of glenmore optometry!!!! I wish I hadn’t of spent hundreds of dollars previously on glasses I end up hating........will 100% be a lifer! Good job guys and thank you!!

Very disappointed. The office seemed disorganized. Staff did not seem to know how to use equipment. The contacts I was prescribed do not seem to be appropriate for my vision -- I am going back to my old prescription and a different optometrist.

Dr. Katelyn Simair has a very distinct way about her that completely put my elderly Mom at ease. The occasion was a routine eye exam but not one that will be soon forgotten. Katelyn was kind, compassionate and respectful and I think my Mom actually enjoyed the examination process. The other remarkable thing was that she noticed my Mom was on two identical supplements. I since followed up with the specialist and the mistake was corrected. I would have never known without Katelyn bringing to my attention. Well done. The front desk personnel were also very considerate and respectful. The place is calm and quiet. I really like bringing my Mom here. Thank you Dr. Katelyn!
