I called them randomly just checking General prices for glasses and an exam. They were by far the most kind, professional, optometrists that I came across in this town. When I had my appointment. The dr was amazing and funny. Educated me, was so helpful. I didn't spend a lot and it took within a few weeks to get my glasses. Fully satisfied customer here.

This is truly the best optometry clinic in Peterborough. They take pride in customer service and helping their clients. Brian and Sam are so welcoming and make the whole experience quite enjoyable. As soon as I arrived, Sam asked to look at my glasses and tightened them up and readjusted them- without me even asking. It was well appreciated! During my prescription check- Brian kept me laughing and took his time ensuring I had the right prescription for me. Do not hesitate to choose Kawartha Lake Optometry!!

Best customer experience. Very professional. Highly informative. Surprisingly quick: eye test and selection on Friday - Glasses on Monday! I was a student at Trent University last year, after my old glasses broke a couple months before I took a chance on Kawartha Lakes Optometry. The headaches were terrible. I walked in by chance on Thursday, got an appointment next day. Dr. Yeung was incredible. Made me very comfortable, was attentive, engaged and - most importantly - patient. He courteously answered my questions and I left feeling taken care of. Sam helped me pick glasses that suit my face and speak to my sense of style. I went back on Monday to collect my glasses. Honestly. still shocked by the great service.
