The staff at Bobcaygeon eye care are very nice , from the receptionist to the sales staff helping to pick your glasses , you will not be disappointed. Both doctors are very thorough and professional. Great selection of eyewear too.

The staff at Bobcaygeon Eye Care were nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. I have always had a hard time finding glasses that I love with but Shannon went above and beyond! The receptionist knew I was having problems with my eyes so made sure I got an appointment as soon as possible. I have had the pleasure of being seen by both doctors and they were both very thorough and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend them and will most definitely be going back yearly!!

My coverage was $400.00. Imagine my shock when they would not give me my give me my order unless I paid an extra $ 8.00. That was when I found, Kawartha Vision Care in Lindsay and after telling her my story she laughed and gave me great service and did not ask me for extra money.

I was not happy that my new glasses were not fitted on my face when they arrived and that I had to pick them up outside. I was informed by another optical company that qualified optomotrist is suppose to adjust new glasses when you receive them especially when you have bifocals. This option during covid went overboard and was detrimental to the client.

I have never dealt with staff that are so inconsiderate to their patience. Speaking to the elderly like they are children. Talking down to people. I am referring to the receptionist staff. It is time I take myself, my family and a couple of other people I know that go here and take our business elsewhere. I see that Kawartha Vision care in Lindsay gets amazing review. I am sure that they will treat use better. You have lost 6 patients because of this intolerable treatment.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of going to the clinic where we were met with such wonderful and courteous staff. I've been to many optometrists and I was amazed at the technology they use and just how wonderful and patient everyone was. You can tell the staff cares about the well being of their patients, they explain things in detail and overall just a great and organized experience. Thank you Bobcaygeon Eye Care!

the staff here at bobcaygeon eye care were unfortunately not very enthusiastic and friendly. when trying on glasses the lady helping me was not very helpful, and she didn’t make much of an effort to try and help me find a pair of glasses that i loved. if you’re looking for a good eye doctors office with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, i’d keep looking.
