Staff are nice, place is comfortable and clean. But I got the wrong prescription, things are still blurry and warping. And the biggest notice is that the lens is 4 times thicker than my old one, it is far to thick for the small change in my prescription. I asked for a refund, they are only giving me a portion, and refuse to give the rest. I live out of town, they expect me to pay more to go back in to fix it, if I don't get the portion of a refund. Very horrible, very frustrated at my money stolen and a waste of my time.

The frames weren't what I ordered and the prescription didn't help. When I asked for what I actually ordered they were rude and condescending. Wish I could do less than one star, will not deal here again.
