I’ve been a patient in this office for many years. Dr. Filaferro is always professional and gets right to the point. His staff are polite and I have never had to wait long. Hope I never have to go anywhere else.

I used to like that Dr.Filaferro work in the first two years I visited his clinic, I even told to everyone I know how professional he was. Unfortunately things happens and people change, it seemed to me that the amount of client made him snobby, he and his clinic changed a lot, I got at his clinic early, there were lots of assistents or students (don’t really know exactly what they were) they were one hour late, they attended the clients like a fast food, first they asked me to read the letters wearing my glasses, I thought after I was going to read without my glasses, no, they put that I drop in my eyes to dilate the pupils and even before it works they made the exams, then he got in the room and said I don’t have any problem in my eyes, don’t even need glasses, I don’t have glaucoma at all, I told him I have my last exams, it shows I do have glaucoma for more than 15 years, he said it is impossible otherwise I was blind, holly molly, in less than 5 minutes he left the room and I am sorry till now for the people I spoke good about him, I am feeling guilty imagining if I led someone to get blinded by that man.

There’s always got be one person who is in a bad mood or having a bad day to make negative comments on some one. I’ve dealt with Dr. Fillafero for years and have always been very satisfied with his service, attitude, and demeanor. I wouldn’t trust my eye sight with any one else.

Never see this doctor. I had an appointment at 10 and finally saw him at 11:30, he was very rude and laughed at me when I didn't know the correct terminology for what was going on with my eye. Very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the time and judgment. Stay away and see someone else.
