Today was my first visit to ICON Surgical Eyecare in Lone Tree. I have been a patient for about 18 years and have been thrilled with the care I have received. I had my first laser surgery before most people were even having their vision fixed through laser. My results have been fantastic and I would recommend laser correction to anyone! But this review is about their new facility in Lone Tree, it is absolutely beautiful! When you walk in you feel special just from the atmosphere itself. I was greeted by the reception desk then introduced to their super fancy schmancy coffee maker available to any patient! I was really impressed with all the staff, most of them I didn't know only a couple familiar faces. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I had my yearly eye exam there with a new doctor who made me comfortable and explained everything to me. Their office manager Stacee was my favorite! She has a smile that makes you smile and an energy that makes your day special! Stacee made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. The technicians that do all the tests are so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend ICON Surgical Eyecare in Lone Tree to anyone interested in getting high quality service and expertise for their laser correction needs. I have been a happy customer for 18 years!

I had Lasik on both eyes a few weeks ago at Icon in Lone Tree and I had a great experience. I had my consult and then surgery the same day as I live out of town and my hometown doctor recommended Icon. I had 20/20 the following morning at my post op appt but for me my blurry vision (which is to be expected) didn't clear until about the 52 hour mark. And the glares were pretty much gone after a week. I had my one week follow up with my hometown doctor and she said I was healing fast and that they did a beautiful job with the surgery. I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. The staff is absolutely outstanding, and were very kind and pleasing to work with. I had all of my questions regarding LASIK thoroughly answered to a degree better than I was expecting. Both the ophthalmologist who examined me and the surgeon who performed my procedure were amazing. Enrique, who helped me with setting up my procedure, was outstanding in particular. The pricing here is very reasonable, better than all other clinics I could find nearby. This was an incredible experience at an outstanding vision clinic, and I now finally have great vision thanks to the amazing people here.

Quick and easy. Doctors were all very thorough, explaining what could happen, and what to expect. Everyone was very patient. They really spent the time to talk, and didn't seem to want to move to the next person. The procedure was great, although I don't think the Valium helped! Over and done-with in 10 minutes, and the doctor sat with me for an extra minute or 2 chatting, helping me relieve some tension. Very calm the whole time, and I could hear them counting down how much more time it would take, which was reassuring.

I got my procedure over a month ago & although I’m happy with my results, the company is a bit shady. I told them I have insurance & the day of they made me pay the cost upfront & told me to bill my insurance because they don’t. A bit weird but it was 7am so I wasn’t going to argue. I’ve been fighting with my insurance for about 3 weeks trying to get “their portion” covered - today I was notified that ICON tells people to bill their insurance while KNOWING that the insurance is out of network. Shady shady. Won’t be recommending them to anybody now.

After 30+ years of wearing glasses/contacts I can see without them (read/mid/far). The AcrySof IQ PanOptix Toric IOL is simply amazing technology. BUT, it is Dr. Litoff this review is for. He is the game challenger as far as I am concern, from our initial consult to pre/post surgery he was professional and confident. It was this confidence that MADE me feel like I was in great hands. I had a great experience getting LASIk surgery at ICON. Got a free assessment to see if I was a candidate. Once I was evaluated, they were very flexible to when I could get the surgery. I was able to see without glasses the very next day! One eye didn't reach 20/20 vision after the surgery, so the touched me up for free! Now i have 20/15 vision! Coming to ICON Eyecare was a great experience! I usually get quick eye check ups with my PCP but wanted an in depth eye exam because I am diabetic. I was seen in a timely manner and then did various tests to make sure my eyes were healthy and diabetes wasn't affecting my eyes. All my questions were answered by the very nice staff and the doctor who saw me. Not only that but they also sent my exam to my PCP with a letter letting them know what they did so there's also communication with them for my eye care. I highly recommend ICON! I went there for an implantable contact lens (ICL) consultation and as a result of a few tests, Dr. Greeley had the skill and experience to identify a small tear in my retina. They attempted to work with my schedule a while ago, but it didn't work out with my days off, but I decided to finally get it done and they were able to get me in immediately. I love the results of my LASIK procedure. The process, from intake to post-op, was conducted with the highest degree of professionalism, and my experience, based on the results thus far (one month out), is that Dr. Campbell and his team are competent and excellent at what they do. The facility is world class. I live 3 hours from Denver, but the same-day procedure made taking care of this myself a convenient option (I stayed at a nearby hotel and drove home the next day). The staff at ICON made the experience as painless and simple as it could have been. In particular, Ms. Tran helped me through the process, dealt with a couple unusual requests, and made several much-appreciated accommodations, and Jon made me feel at ease about the procedure (I was pretty nervous about it). I would recommend ICON to a friend without reservation.

I had two consultations to determine if I was a better candidate for PRK or Lasik. The second Dr kept apologizing for me not being giving more info the first visit. After going over the procedure with the sales person he was very standoffish. I then let him know I was going to do another consultation to shop around. He rudely said “ok well you won’t find anyone cheaper” handed me my folder and rushed me out. I was not interested in a 2nd consultation bc the price, the price is not a problem. It was because they only do surgery on Friday and my procedure was going to take more time to heal. After the way I was treated I will not use Icon for my procedure.

Dr. Goldhair and the medical staff were clear in their critical explanations about the health of my eyes. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. I want give them 0 if I could. I went for an eye exam at lone tree location and the lady(I am hoping she is a nurse because she was at the check in too) who performed the exam (with tonometer-one of the instruments)did it so carelessly(did it so many times in one eye) that I started having issues(feeling of something is there in the eye, burning sensation, dryness etc)When I called and went back, the doctor said every thing was fine-it was just dryness. I did not trust him and went for a second opinion. They told me that there was a small corneal abrasion after improper Tonometry in the eye near to my nose. Thankfully it will heal and I have to use the lubrication. So, not only did they mess up but then tried to be dishonest about it. I am just writing this review(MY experience) so other people can be well informed before making a decision to go here.

I am now a little over 2 weeks post op and I can’t explain how amazing it is to wake up and instantly see! Dr. Campbell performed my surgery and he makes you feel at ease and calm throughout the whole process of the procedure. Staff is absolutely wonderful and try their best to make you feel 100% comfortable. From the receptionist to the doctors, they’re all fantastic. Stacee and Enrique are both so nice and helpful. Stacee has followed up with me multiple times since my procedure to check on the wellness of my eyes. She’s answered all the questions that I have had and always gives me the reassurance I need because I’m very paranoid. I also love that there is an after hours line you can call and speak to one of the doctors directly for any concerns you may have. I had PRK eye surgery here in December 2018 and was very pleased with the whole process. Everyone was very Professional and friendly. I was very nervous beforehand but the Dr. Campbell and the staff made it very easy and painless. Plan on taking a week off work if you have this because my eyes needed this time at least to recover. I had monovision done which means one eye is for distance and one is for reading. My brain has adjusted to this easily. I do wear glasses for night driving to correct my reading eye for distance. Otherwise I love not having to wear glasses anymore. I highly recommend ICON.

My experience with them has not been so pleasant. I had surgery twice and it is possible that I can get another one. I had my yearly check up this year and during my appointment, the doctor applied some eyedrops to "relax my eye" and say that those drops were not going to affect my vision just going to be sensitive to the light. When I left the office it was hard for me to drive since I could not see!!! and I had sunglasses on. After that visit, he told me to see my doctor since I had a dot in the back in my eye and could be diabetes. I had a following appointment to see if the dot was still there in my eye. When I got there, to the Icon Lone Tree, they wanted to charge me between 50 to 100 bucks to perform exams for my eye. I refuse to get that done since they told me to go to my doctor and I already spend money over there. I had a blood test done and everything was fine. Since I did not pay here for another exams for my eyes, they just took pictures of my eye and the eye doctor look at them and told of the girls that work there, to tell me that I was good to go. My visits there usually take an hour but this time that I refuse to pay, I was done in 5 minutes. I took this as since I did not pay for the exams, the eye doctor did not wanted to talk to me.

The level of customer service that I experienced at ICON Lasik was like nothing I've experienced before. On top of the fact that the location is beautifully designed with modern furniture, equipment, and technology, I was greeted by the happiest employees I could've imagined. My initial consultation was amazing, including the doctors, desk staff, and the man I met with about financing options. The day of my surgery, I was terrified. Shaking with fear. The doctor and two nurses behind him made me feel absolutely at home, unbelievably comfortable, and the procedure was quick and painless. One day later and my vision is perfect, and my eyes are pretty much healed already. In addition, they staff made huge exceptions for me because of a mistake I made, and they went out of their way to correct it. I would absolutely recommend my family and friends to this location- they have changed my life! Not to mention, pricing is very reasonable and affordable! Thank you ICON!

From meeting Stacee who explained my procedure in detail and answered my questions to the compassionate surgery team who performed my surgery, I can only say thank you so much. Dr. Kim completed my ICL Visian procedure and I couldn’t be more happy! She is so knowledgeable and personable which eased my anxiety towards the whole process. I woke up this morning, the day after my procedure, and have 20/20 vision and it’ll only get better! The staff at icon are kind and incredibly friendly. Icon was great. Price was great. PRK surgery was easy. Recovery is what it is. Takes a bit of time....If I could do it over, I would consider doing one eye at a time just so I can at least work right after surgery.
