Rude and uncaring staff! I wear contacts in both eyes. Left out of there with 1 contact in one eye and none in the other. Unable to see for the next 2 weeks till glasses come in (that I really only need till surgery). Who does this? I have cataracts in both eyes that need surgery in a month. How am I supposed to do my job yet alone drive to work because you have no “sample contact” to give me? My vision is completely different in both eyes so even cheater glasses can’t help me. Worker just shrugged her shoulders..”Don’t know what to tell you!” No help whatsoever! “See you in a month for your next appointment.” Really? Isn’t this an eye care facility? Update: They called and told me to come pick up another contact for my other eye. It’s the wrong strength! Ordered my prescription glasses and when they came-the prescription is totally off! They even got the prescription wrong for my glasses! Sooo frustrated with this place!!

I brought my son for an eye check up at Eye Care today. The waiting time was terrible. We waited for 2 hours for a 5 minutes service. Staff was not so pleasant. The Eye Doctor was rude to us, he did not even shake hands to us. No pleasant action and words. WORST Eye Clinic we ever been to. We are going to Belmont Eye Clinic next year, they are nicer people and knowledgeable eye doctors.

I have been going to Eye Care Associates now for about 12 years. My doctors are so attentive. The staff is very friendly, and the facility is clean. They work hard to try and help with any insurance issues as best as they can. They've written me great accommodation letters for my employers and even to my insurance when I was in desperate need of some uncovered care. When it comes to sight, they definitely do care.

I made an appointment to rule out problems with my vision/eyes for dizziness. On my first and only visit to this office prior to today I saw Dr. Aye who was great. This time I saw Dr. Grishow. Boy, I felt like I was interrupting his day. Not pleasant at all and I felt like he was talking down to me. I had a conversation with a friend and told her about it and she knew exactly who I was talking about. She said her teenage daughter had the same experience. I will never go back to this guy.

Cheryl in the Youngstown location y'all need to have somebody else answering the phone besides her!! I work at a doctor's office I am a medical assistant so you're not going to tell me about insurance verification. We been through anthem for years, and I never had an issue with an eye doctor billing my insurance for vision.And if there is a separate name it would of been no problem you calling to verify that. We do it at the office all the time. It is apart of your job as Ma or if you don't got those credentials just say that. Obviously I have vision on my insurance, and I have never had a separate card. Anyway she had the nerve to tell me I can go back to that place then. Very rude and unprofessional probably should get in a different field. If your customer service skills are that horrible. Have never even been to the place, and I am definitely good on scheduling with them now! As a MA I would never smh Then when I told her she was being rude she try to clean it up and change her tune. Said if you find out the name of your vision insurance we will be happy to schedule you. No No No lady should of never been rude in the first place! Well well probably should avoid anyway just from Reviews alone!! Note to self always read reviews!

Staff here is excellent I got regular prescripted glasses and prescripted motorcycle glasses both were spot on and got both at a very affordable price. They have a nice big selection to pick from.

We visited Eye Care in Warren today in the Optical Department to get glasses for my son. They were wonderful. Everyone was nice, professional and the Optician who helped my son was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and they have a large selection of glasses. Thank you.

Dr. Aey and the other docs at ECA saved my left eye. They told me that to call whenever I have an issue and I have done that and they have always gotten me in to see someone right away.

Horrific experience. I've purchased eye glasses in the Mahoning Valley for over 30 years. These people are by far the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. You're better off going to Walmart, Target or one of the retail outlets than you are dealing with these eye care "professionals." I went in to these people the first week of December to have a pair of eye glasses made. Here it is the second week of February and I'm still without my eye glasses. They don't bother to check what comes back from their lab so there are no checks and balances. After picking up my frames I noticed an indentation of some sort pressed into my lenses. You can't wipe it out. I took the glasses back (after two weeks of waiting) only to have them come back a second time the same exact way!! I called their practice administrator and asked for a refund. When I tell you this woman has a nasty, hostile, combative demeanor it would be an understatement. Her tone and manner of speaking to people is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I asked her how many more times I needed to bring my glasses back before they would be made correctly she told me that she'd "take care of it" when I brought the glasses back again. I asked her if she was going to have a rush order put on the glasses since they've been made twice already at a two week wait period each time. She told me no. I called my insurance company. They told me that she needed to provide a refund so that I could go someplace else. They said since this started in Dec 2020 the refund could not go back to my insurance account since it is now February 2021. I was told to ask for a refund check so that I can go buy glasses some place else since they can't seem to make them correctly after two months of trying. I was told no, they will not give me a refund check and I needed to bring the glasses back again. I have filed a BBB complaint against them which they are ignoring. I'm now moving on to the Ohio AG. You're not going to rip me off and you are not going to keep wasting my time driving back and forth to your facility and waiting weeks for what other eye glass companies are doing in ONE WEEK even now during COVID. I've never had a good experience with these people. They feel like they are above reproach and their reputation allows them to treat people any way and they actually tried to invoke their reputation when I told them I was unhappy with my glasses being made incorrectly twice. I took the glasses some place else and was told that the indentation is being caused by improper handling at the lab. I was told that the indentation is being made by a machine that the lenses are placed on while they're being made and that eye glass associates should have known what caused the imprint and should have been able to address it with the lab so that it did not happen again. They tried convincing me that I was making this indentation up the first time I took the glasses back. The bottom line is they really don't care. They choose and skirt good business practices. Do NOT do business with these people. They are rude, nasty, and incompetent. They can't even make glasses correctly. There is no way I'd let them do anything more.

They make you wait almost 2 hours. Especially if your bringing a baby in its completely rediculous. One of the worst eye places Ive been to.

I have been trying to reach the office for over two weeks now to schedule an appointment for my son. Was told very rudely the first time I got a person on the phone to get a referral to see their " MD'S and surgeons" that don't just see anybody. My doctor called in the referral , they ended up losing it, telling me to get another and that this is the best they can do with their staff. I wish they would tell people they are too busy to take new patients before wasting my time.

I wasn’t feeling well the day of surgery. They insisted all would be well, I was given not 1 but 2 meds I was allergic to. Causing a change reaction ( along with the surgery )where I couldn’t eat or hold anything down for 2 week and 80/90% blind with balance problems. Some of staff is nice. But. Several are snippets, with no refused for the elderly. It’s been an 8 week trip to hell. Don’t go

Worst place ever. Staff all are rude and you can tell they hate their job. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room when I had an appointment!! Rude staff and they didn't dilate my eyes right. They messed up and had to redo it. Never going back their. I had a 1 year old baby with me and they didn't accommodate me for him.
