Hi. My dog got ahold of my glasses and destroyed the frame and scratched my lenses badly. I needed glasses pronto I was trying some of the big companies thinking they would be able to get me glasses right away with no luck. I recently moved to Hope so I tried Hope Optical. Cindy that owns the business was very knowledgeable and she took my broken glasses and somehow found out the prescription and actually had my prescription. Cindy also had the machine to shape lenses for frames I picked out and I had a new pair of glasses in about an hour, amazing!! All of it was done by her professionally and fast. This is the first pair of glasses I have ever received the same day in my 30 years of purchasing. Cindy also does eye testing and was not required for my situation. I walked out of there for under $300 and she has good quality frames and lenses, very fair.If I lived 100 km away, would still go there. I 100% recommend Hope Optical.

Cindy at Hope Optical could easily put on a Master Class for Customer Service. I was told I needed new glasses. Instead of just selling me a new pair, she gave a recommendation that lead to a proper diagnosis and positive prognosis. Now I don't need new glasses! As a kudos to Cindy, I plan on buying some from Hope Opiical anyway!
