Our dad went to Dr. Chande for his concussion. Dr. C was very accommodating with my dad's light sensitivity and was able to prescribe new reading and distance glasses with special filters as part of his treatment. My dad was able to return to work shortly after his visit to WMEC because of Dr. C's insight into dealing with this type of injury.

I have been seeing Dr. Chande for my children for years now for eye checkups. I am surprised about people leaving negative comments. I am very happy and must mention his patience and taking time to throughly check the children eyes. In the past I have taken my children else where in Hamilton and has been dissatisfied disappointing results prior to coming to Dr. Chande’s old location. I suggest you all to at least try. My older son uses lenses and eye glass made here and is happy too. For younger ones I have always been purchasing my eye glasses from Costco though.

I went to West Mountain Eye clinic by recommendation, And God I am so glad I did. Dr. Chande is wonderful and easy to talk to. And the staff are so amazing. The office is so comfortable with wide rang of eye glasses collection . I defiantly recommend this clinic. They got me for life with the awesome and professional help I got.

The staff are so friendly. Today I had the absolute best customer service by the whole staff, however I did speak specifically with one and I am blanking in her name. I will have to revise once I get it. She was so helpful and understanding of my situation (headed on vacation, needed contacts asap!) how I was treated by each person is the exact definition of excellent customer service. I have gone and raved to everyone. Really a great place. Thank you for being so helpful, kind, generous, and awesome.

My husband and my sons went to him. After complaining of headaches and watery eyes for months, we realized that the prescriptions this dr issued were the wrong ones. We ended up paying out of our pocket to see another professional and get new glasses.

Two pairs of my sons glasses broke in the exact same place both purchased from meadowlands eye clinic. They were both under a year old. The arm broke on both pairs of glasses in the exact same spot, while he was taking them off. I took the glasses back to meadowlands eye clinic to get them fixed. They told me they would glue them fully well knowing the arm needed replacing. Wherever they purchase their glasses from is obviously cheap and the material is not good.

I just had complete eye exam, Dr Chande is fantastic, my favourite optometrist so far. he Is very professional, thorough and easy going, explained all the procedures, answered all my questions and concerns. The front desk staff, Kim and Rancy are awesome, always smiling, very professional and knowledgeable, good at their jobs. They are extremely helpful in picking out glasses, not afraid o tell you if the frame does not look good on you, it’s not about a quick sale with them. Great attention to details with outstanding customer services. Totally makes worth going there, I would highly recommend going there, you will not find a better eye care!!!!
