The optometrists and the front desk staff are lovely, but the optician was rude and impatient. She did not want me to take off my mask at all when trying on new glasses, and when I said I wouldn't buy $600 glasses without being able to see what they look like on my face, she made it very clear that I was asking a great deal of her before she found me somewhere I could sit down with a mirror and take off my mask. (Just to be clear, I'm not anti-mask--it's a pandemic! I just can't choose glasses with a mask on.)

Great place! I've been coming to these doctors since I was a child and they're fantastic. Only thing I would change would be the reminders for appointments be done 1 month before a patient is due. That gives the patients enough time to sort out their schedule and book a time to see their preferred doctor. Last minute booking is never easy! Other than that it really is an awesome place!

Great selection, staff are very willing to help find just what sort of frames you'd like. I have a strong prescription and am very happy with my new glasses. Dr. Smith is also working with me to find just the right prescription for my contact lenses as well!
