This place was amazing! As soon as I walked in the ladies at reception were the friendliest people and made it feel so welcoming. Especially one of the girls named Meg. Such a kind young lady. The optomitrist was very thorough and informative and made sure to explain to me what they were doing. Being a person who is just switching to contacts they were able to help me find the best pair very quickly without any hassle. I highly recommend choosing this optomitrist! 5/5 no negative aspects at all :)

Office was warm and tidy and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. The girls at the front took all my information and helped me with my form before taking me back. The initial tests were each explained to me individually so I knew what was coming and what the results were used for. The girl doing my initial tests was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she even took some extra time to give me a sneak peak at the photos she took of the back of my eyes! I was nervous to see the doctor as I have severely sensitive eyes, however she took extra care and time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything going on before even starting her tests. She was quick and efficient and explained everything to me about my eye health as well as my new prescription. When I left, the girls at the front asked me how it went and assisted me with my prescription and contact order and they already had my next appointment booked in for two years from now! All in all, great experience. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone I know and I will be switching to this practice and doctor permanently!

Eye exams are typically a nuisance in my eyes, no pun intended but the visit to Stone Road Eye Care was pleasant, informative and interactive. From the front-desk staff to the optometrist, everyone exuded professionalism, courtesy and a welcoming demeanour that was visible from the beginning. The doctor in particular answered all of my questions thoroughly and preemptively addressed potential health concerns that could arise further down the road, with humour interjected in the interaction. The fee of $120, while higher than any other clinic I've visited seems completely justifiable due to the care and level of service provided!

I had a great experience getting my eye exam! It was my first eye exam so I was a bit nervous heading into it but the staff was very friendly and did a great job explaining what what each of the machines did/looked for. When I picked up my glasses (got them from the Len's Crafter next door) I honestly couldn't believe the difference it made, everything was so much clearer and it was so much less strain on my eyes to drive home, I couldn't be happier!

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and answers all questions and worries. Office is clean and neat, with everything constantly sanitized before being used. The appointment process is quick, efficient and never a long duration for you to stay and wait to be seen. They really take the time to check the condition of your eyes and provides additional information on what options will best suit you. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and have now found my permanent eye exam location I will go to from now on. Everyone is professional, friendly, and understanding. Highly recommend to go see their team, you won't regret it!
