Dr Phillips and Dr Dalziel saved my eye/sight in my right eye if it wasn't for the both of them and the way they got me to Sunnybrook hospital within a shot period of time I wouldn't be able to post this. Dr. R. Phillips and Dr. C. Dalziel are the finest optometrists I've ever have. I went for a vision check up and also ordered new glasses, and I can say that I am more than happy with the quality of the service, both are very professional, with so many years of experience, passionate about their work, and really obsess with providing only the best customer experience. They really care about you. I just picked up my new glasses today, and loved all the dedication they put into every single detail to make sure I get the best out of my new lenses. Dr. Phillips, Dr. Dalziel, and the whole staff are very friendly and great people!!! Thank you.

Dr. Philips has very poor bedside manners, he is very abrupt and impatient. He gave me a run around with my prescription because I wanted to take it elsewhere. I simply could not afford his prices and particularly didn't like his pushy staff. The prescription was written in a manner that could not be filled at the optical of my choice. The prescription was in a 12th of diaopter form, whereas a quarter of diaopter is standard according to the College of Optometrists. Also, the College of Optometrists said that I am legally allowed to take my prescription elsewhere.
