Had a great first visit with Dr. Lukito and the rest of the clinic team. The eye exam itself was great - very informative, addressed all my concerns and felt very welcoming. Dr. Lukito took his time and was very thorough with my appointment. I then picked out some glasses with the administrative staff, where they worked with me one on one and made me feel confident in my selection. Such a friendly and team oriented atmosphere - highly recommend!

Today was Our second time bringing our children to Dr. Lukito for an eye exam. Dr.Lukito is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. He took time to make our children comfortable with him, non rushed environment/not trying to push us out the door for his next appointment. Everyone in the office is pleasant when making appointments and welcoming us. Thank you very much.

They go above and beyond! I have been going to this office for a long time and have always had a good experience. Dr. Lukito is fantastic! Since my last visit, 2 years ago, there have been some new members added to their team. They are so great I wanted to write a review immediately! I had to wait an hour past my appointment and not only that, the female optometrist did not give me a full exam even though i hadn't had one for four year. I left being told i did NOT need glasses despite explaining i cant read street signs while driving, with the doctor claiming it was just normal "fatigue" The following week when i went to a different optometrist that was recommended to me by a coworker , i was given a full exam and a prescription for glasses. They are not worth the convince of being in the mall, go to a real optometrist.

The only time I went here it was a good experience and I've tried to book appointments a few times since but no one seems to answer the phone. I've had to go elsewhere despite a good impression the only time I could get someone on the phone and book an appointment.

What an absolute pleasure to go here for my first experience. The check in process was safe and super friendly. I was escorted right away for some pre-testing by a very cheerful and engaged associate after which I waited maybe 2 minutes before being escorted into the doctors office. Dr. Mark was thorough, professional, and very educational with my frustrations of getting older and my vision deteriorating. The team afterwards assisting me pick out the right frames and educating me on all the benefits were enthusiastic and energetic making me comfortable with my aging eyes. What a pleasure coming in, seamless, direct billed, and out the door with a smile. Thanks for making a potential nervous and anxious experience enjoyable for this old timer!

Had a great experience coming here for my first time! Super friendly, clean nice atmosphere. Also they were super accommodating with me having to bring my 3 super crazy kids in with me! Another thing, when I mentioned I had a road test coming up they gave me some contact lenses for me to use for my test because we knew my glasses won't be in before then which is super appreciated!

This was my first visit with this dr. I had am emergency situation I called and I was seen 45 mins later. The Dr was amazing as was the receptionist I actually look forward to going back tomorrow for a check up and normally Im petrified to see optometrists! 10 out of 10 reccomend!!

During these Covid times I am doing my best to shop at local retailers, I am really glad I chose to get my new glasses at Dr.Lukito & Associates Optometry. The equipment used for my eye test was state of the art, selection of frames was plentiful and the best part of the experience was the staff! I had a glasses emergency and needed a new prescription ASAP. Not exaggerating to say I called a dozen clinics, who couldn't get me in any earlier than a week. They got me an appointment for the next morning. They were so helpful when I was in a bind, and then the care/service was great too! I didn't have an optometrist in Guelph until now, but I'm really happy I found this place.

This location unsanitary. They dont have alcohol wipes for patients to use on the equipment for pre-eye exam (that the puff of air and the distant house and the retinal exam).
